Day 9 of 90 🏀⚡

Stepping out of the conventional lane today! 🛣️🔥
According to my content calendar, I was supposed to design a sports flyer today but I didn't want to use the conventional football route, so I switched courts and opted for basketball! 🏀🏟️

The goal was pure adrenaline, and this influenced my choice of bold fonts and energetic colours. 🎨💥 I think it came out really well, but what do you think? 🤔💭

Day 4 of 90 Days of Consistency 🔋✨

Showing up for day 4 with a study in colour theory and geometric framing. 🎨
For this fictional corporate healthcare concept, the challenge was keeping a dark green theme fresh and modern. By pairing a deep forest green with a highly saturated lime accent, the canvas instantly gets a shot of vitality and clean energy. 🌿⚡

One of my favourite details to play with is the alignment of lists—keeping the service bullet points perfectly aligned while letting the heading sit comfortably above them makes a busy layout feel instantly organised.

Four days down, 86 to go. The grind doesn't stop, and the craft keeps evolving! 🚀

Over to the design squad: How is the overall balance looking to you? What is the first thing your eyes jump to when you look at this layout? Let me know below! 👇👀

🌹Mental stress doesn’t announce itself with a loud siren. 🚨

It shows up quietly.

🌹It leaks into everyday decisions, turns standard student routines into heavy burdens, and drains energy before the day even begins.

As a Registered Community Nurse, I see how cognitive overload disrupts growth on the ground every single day.

♎But as the Strategic Director of Motlad MultiNotion, I also see where the communication gap lies.

♎Most community outreach and mental wellness campaigns fail because their information is too dense, dry, or stressful to read.

♎If the visual architecture is chaotic, the human brain rejects the message.

🌟For Day 2 of my 90-Day Design Challenge, I built this educational carousel using Canva.

🌟I combined strict clinical insights with intentional visual hierarchy:
🟢 Emerald Green establishes immediate structural trust.
🟤 Soft Sand provides an organic, readable canvas that reduces eye strain.
🟠 Warm Terracotta is locked strictly to the numbers.

We bridge the gap between complex health frameworks and clear, high-impact visual design.

Let's architect your community strategy. 💼✨🏷️
