Favourite part of finishing a workout (with coffee of course) 🥤🥤

@tailorblend smoothie!

What I like to put in mine:
1.5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Cup of milk/plant milk
1/2 cup water
Tbs peanut butter
2 scoops of my custom vanilla whey protein

So good! 😮‍💨 I also like to top mine off with a sprinkle of granola for that extra crunch.

Meet @kirsten_ahrens 🏃‍♀️ one dedicated, high-performing South African track athlete. She had a few words to say about her experience with TAILORBLEND 😊

“Before being introduced to TAILORBLEND, I was finding it difficult to ingest all the correct nutrition needed for my body to be able to perform and subsequently recover. After many months of trying different supplements and brands of recovery shakes without convincing results, my coach encouraged me to have a DNA Test performed to narrow down exactly which diet and overall nutrition would be uniquely suited to me. At that time, I was introduced to TAILORBLEND and it was like a rock had fallen off my shoulders. Finally, here was a company that could take care of my hydration and recovery needs uniquely blended according to the results of my DNA test.
It has given me much peace of mind to know that my TAILORBLEND Electrolyte Drink gives me everything I need to stay adequately hydrated and my Recovery Shake contains exactly what I need to help my body recover well after tough workouts. I have felt a big difference in my performance too. Since using TAILORBLEND, I have not needed to experiment with anything else since I have managed to maintain a healthy body fat percentage and my energy levels have remained stable. It is a priviledge to have TAILORBLEND as part of my team to help me achieve my goals.”

Thanks @kirsten_ahrens 🤍 we look forward to helping you tackle your goals in the future!

Meet Lynn 🚴🏼‍♀️

She’s one super hard-charging athlete & we touched base with her on her training & plans for 2021👇🏼

Based on recent feedback from her training data, Lynn’s performance has increased by 20% within a year! She says she's changed her attitude towards nutrition & begun using it as a tool to fuel her performance & recovery, with the help of feedback from her coach.

Lynn has been using TAILORBLEND for many months now. She's always stocked up on her Vegan Protein Shake - with over 24 carefully selected ingredients, this shake has pretty much everything she needs! Swipe right to check it out👉🏼

We asked her what she is training for & needless to say, she has BIG plans ahead.

Lynn is planning to cycle the Alps for 7 days, followed by the Dolomites for 5 days! Basically her personal Tour De France 🤯

GOOD LUCK @lynnmadeley 🍀
