what a summer. some serious lows + some of the best damn highs. ⚡️
big growth. big adventures. new beginnings. epic friends. a few things quietly taking shape. and a whole lot of life in between. summer ’26, you were one to remember. and who said boogie boarding wasn’t cool and who new bangs had a personality of its own. 😎

Hello, for those new here, I’m Taisha ☺️

For most of my life, movement meant performance. ⚡️

I was a collegiate athlete, then an Ironman athlete, and now a hybrid athlete. 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️

I learned how to push, endure, and keep going. And professionally, I lived much the same way — moving fast, building, always reaching for what was next. 📈

Then yoga found me. 🙏

I thought it would make me more flexible, help me recover, maybe make me a better athlete and honestly it did. ✨

But I didn’t expect it to make me a better person, find calm in chaos and enjoy the practice where ever I am. 🕊️

Yoga taught me that strength isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s knowing when to soften, breathe, and stay. 🫶🏼

@taishainpractice is where those worlds collide — hybrid training and yoga, intensity and stillness. 🚴🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m excited to share my journey, the training, education and most importantly what I’m building next so together all of my worlds can collide. 🌎

Because maybe we don’t have to choose.

And if you’re finding your own balance between the two, I hope you see a little of yourself here too. 🫶🏼

Always in practice 🕊️
