POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Words could not come close to expressing the gratitude I have for the support of my community. The vulnerability, beauty, and gentleness was the perfect way to kick off the celebration of “Don’t Lose Yourself”.

To my family and friends, thank you for holding me the way you do. Those who came from afar and those right up the street, Thank you for your presence and the space you gave me to breathe. Each show was unique and filled with my life story.
How special it was to share such an intimate part of myself with people who see me.

To Taj, my brother! Thank you for your heart and eye for detail in creating a sculpture that tells my, well, our story in such an expressive and beautiful way. Here’s to many more collaborations.

To my Grandpa, thank you for being the lighthouse to help me find the very gift that heals me. You shared a language with me that has moved and shaped me in ways I didn’t know were possible. I will never forget to tell the story the way you showed me. Happy birthday Dada, I love you 🖤

To my Karianne, my Karebear, your smile, laughter, and sweet presence is all over this project. Thank you for checking in on me as my guardian angel just like you did when you were earth side. I love you big!

To my sister, I could cry right now. Too late… You mean the world to me. Thank you for showing me what it means to be family. I love you with every molecule of my being!

Grief has rocked my world the past 2 years, but my people did not let me give up on myself! Thank you for helping me live and tell this story.

My debut album is out everywhere, this Tuesday, Oct 13! I hope you get a chance to open this book and learn to lean into your power! Don’t lose yourself 🖤

Presave it now! Link is in my bio!

P.S. you are the work of art, respect yourself as such💛

Two months ago, we came together to hit reset. No phones buzzing, no noise to filter out — just breath, community, and the space to actually feel something. This is what it looks like when a room chooses stillness over stimulation. TWT.

The room changes you. We have proof.

From the treadmill to the cryotherapy to the conversations you didn’t know you needed — this is what The Practice looks like in community.

Movement. Care. Connection. All in one room, all built for you.

Show up. Everything else follows.

We told you wellness belongs to you and on July 11th, you came and claimed it.

The Oasis was more than an event. It was a room full of people who chose themselves, who leaned in, who listened, who healed, who connected, and who left a little lighter than they came in.

A day of restoration, real conversations, expert insight, community, and a collective exhale that Brooklyn did not know it needed until it happened.

This is what The Wellness Takeover was built for.
To every speaker, panelist, vendor, volunteer, sponsor, and every single soul who walked through those doors, thank you for making The Oasis everything we believed it could be and more.
