Wednesday Night Sparring at International Boxing Institute was powerful.

We came together, trained together, and built together. Some people hit the bags, some worked the pads, some drilled, some sparred — and everyone pushed themselves. We had light technical sparring, controlled drill work, and also explosive, high-level rounds. Real boxing. Real intensity. Real growth.

We were honored to have 1996 Olympian Joaquin Gallardo in the building, bringing elite experience, knowledge, and championship energy to the gym. The work was serious — but the atmosphere was love, respect, and unity.

What made the night special wasn’t just the boxing. It was the fellowship. People from different walks of life meeting, connecting, exchanging ideas, and building relationships. This is the spirit we move in. Boxing is a universal language. It unifies people. It creates health, discipline, confidence, and community. Through boxing, people build physical strength, mental toughness, spiritual growth, business connections, financial opportunities, and lifelong friendships.

At International Boxing Institute, we do a little bit of everything.
Sparring. Drills. Conditioning. Defense. Mitt work.
Programs for kids, women, and adults.
Private training.
School workshops.
Community programs.
Birthday parties and special events.

If you’re looking to train, get in shape, build confidence, or just be part of a powerful community — this is the place.

This is more than a gym.
This is a movement.

To My family and friends 💙🎄
I just wanted to stop by and remind you that I’m still with you in every song that makes you smile, every laugh that feels familiar, and in your heart. I see the love you share, the strength you carry, and the way you keep going even on the hard days. Please don’t be sad today, I’m wrapped in peace, surrounded by light, and smiling so big watching you all celebrate. Hold each other close. Love loudly. Laugh freely.
And whenever you miss me, just look up ☁️ I’m shining right back at you ✨ Forever your girl, Lyric Chanel 💙

🔥 BOBBY THOMAS 🔥

Bobby Thomas.
Remember the name. 💥

Another one coming out the same camp that brought you Amari Jones — real Bay Area pedigree, real pressure, real dog in him.

December 13th, he’s stepping into that ring in Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium, and if you’ve ever watched Bobby fight… you already know he’s a straight soldier in there.

Discipline. Focus. Heart.
No shortcuts. No backing down.
Just pure grit and Bay Area fight culture.

Tap in ➝ This one’s gonna be special. 🥊🔥

RexxlifeRaj is a phenomenal artist — but he’s an even better friend. 💯

His day-one brother Funk4eva, fresh home after surviving some of California’s most dangerous prison yards, is now back doing what he was born to do… and he’s doing it on stage right next to Raj.

That kind of alley-oop?
That kind of loyalty?
That kind of platforming another man’s talent after he’s fought his way back to freedom?

🔥 It can only lead to big things and great music.
Real ones lift each other up.
This is what Bay Area brotherhood looks like.
