In It For The Feels: A Journey to My Progression at @sparta_ph

My journey with #SpartaCalisthenicsAcademy has been years of quiet discipline—the kind you don’t brag about, the kind stitched into early mornings, late nights, and every #session in between. From my very first class to my first pull-ups with coaches and classmates, to the countless skills I’ve learned along the way, I’ve been pushed beyond limits I once thought were impossible. Along the way, I also had the chance to be part of the team as a #coach—guiding my classmates, pushing them beyond their limits, and learning as much from them as they learned from me.

Back-to-back sessions taught me #consistency; #calisthenics showed that pain and gains go hand in hand. #Friends and #training partners became my circle, and recovery honored the work and next push.

“I get the feels”—this journey is #heart and #hustle, ache and awakening. I keep moving, keep rising, and will continue the rhythm and push.

This #journey isn’t loud. It’s layered. It’s lived. It’s earned. To my first pull-ups, my first mastered #skills, my back-to-back sessions, my longest plank holds and dead hangs, and every small victory along the way, thank you to @amandafernandez10 Coaches @tonvergel, @fnf.halimau, @repskingofficial, @kokoyokoy, @sistpearyan_03, @lancelunaaa, @dephiaurora_, @vinkallosstheno, to my former coaches—@k2.ramos, @fitzznessbilly, @arvinlatonero, @macfabregas, @poler__bear, @_senzomb and the rest of the #SpartaPH team for your trust, guidance, and unwavering belief in me. To my pushmates who I had the honor to coach, thank you for letting me be part of your journey, for trusting me to push you, and for inspiring me every day.
