Every year, I find myself standing at a fascinating crossroads between two worlds I deeply belong to—the world of theatre and the world of management. For years now, I have had the privilege of helping business leaders and management students discover how the timeless principles of theatre can enrich leadership, communication, teamwork, creativity, empathy and human understanding. Delighted to be back once again, building this bridge at one of India’s finest institutions, IIM Bangalore, with a new batch of bright young minds. And this journey becomes even more meaningful when shared with an exceptionally talented team of facilitators — Latika Jain, Sushmita Mehta, Megha Mathur, Karishma Singh and Aman Bajpai. A special thanks for my friend Dr. Gaurav Jakhu and his Bangalore based theatre company TALAB for inviting us.. 🙏🏼
