Surreal trip to the Big Island alongside @protrinews 🌺

I feel incredibly blessed to be part of the crew working day in and day out to grow triathlon ✨ Seeing @kylelglass and @talbotcox’s vision for race week come to life was truly incredible. None of this would have been possible without their relentless commitment to increasing visibility for the athletes, brands, and raw, grueling racing that is triathlon. Being part of the PTN family has been more rewarding than I ever could have imagined.

Congrats to @vincentluistri and @taylorknibb on their IRONMAN World Championship titles 👑 Watching two people who were once childhood idols, and are now friends, become world champions in Kona was so special.

I remember looking up to Taylor as a Youth & Junior Elite, wanting to be just like her and dreaming of making a breakaway of my own. The first time I watched Vince race was at the 2018 WTCS Gold Coast — my first Junior World Championships.

Thank you both for everything you’ve done for the sport and everything you continue to bring to triathlon 💓

It’s hard to put into words what this week meant, and I’m still processing it all — along with the jet lag 😵‍💫 But I know three things for sure: triathlon is fucking awesome, the sky’s the limit for what we can build with PTN, and the people are what make this sport so special. Being surrounded by people who share the same passion for the sport, the athletes, and the vision of pushing it forward is something I’m incredibly grateful for. ☄️

Life moves fast. Next up: Málaga with B, then Indy with Buds & the fam ➡️

30. What a year. Worked harder than I ever have before, made a bunch of new friends & reunited with old ones, pushed my own fitness, and got engaged to my best friend. Cheers to being in a new decade!

It truly takes a team unlike any other to bring a dream to life! It’s hard to put into words everything it took to pull this off and put on a Race Week show to properly hype up the @ironmantri World Championships. Much love to everyone who came to experience what we did here @protrinews this week whether you watched in person or online thank you for creating such an insane atmosphere and environment. In particular to the operations team this was a heavy lift and we did it! So special thanks to those pictured and those who are not, that worked with us behind the scenes all week long @alexwestover_ @eliboldman6 @baylorfilms @kaidenlieto @chrislieto @gilliancridge @talbotcox

The voices that came along side us and brought it all to life @belindagranger @will_mccloy @mirindacarfrae @crowiealexander @danielaryf @janfrodeno @chrislieto

The athletes that gave us their time and energy on race week @martenvanriel @lucycharles93 @jamie__riddle @samlaidlow @rudyvonberg @laura_philipp_tri @imosimmonds @kristianblu @gustav_iden @solveig_lovseth @katr_matthews @paula_findlay @tfoleyracing @cjwurf @vincentluistri @gregory.barnaby @taylorknibb @juliederron

My best friends who have stood by me for the last 5 years as we brought 300 episodes to the masses. Endured all my emotions over the years and loved me anyway @patrick_lemieux @markmatt29 @talbotcox

Specifically @talbotcox who introduced me to the sport in 2012 and flew me out to Kona for the first time to experience the IRONMAN world championship in 2018. Our 20 year friendship continues to be a blessing in my life and we make a pretty good team.

The venue and setup was out of this world special thanks to @wynrepublic and @ventumracing for hosting us at the Hale all week long! Sharing the space kept the vibes at an all time high! @imlukemckenzie @bethgmckenzie @barrettbrandon_ @diaa10 @samisgross22 @sydkibb @miahowle

Lastly we couldn’t have done it without our incredible partners that supported us along the way @duva.wellness @rokamultisport @ventumracing @wynrepublic @thefeed @precisionfandh @trainingpeaks @wovebike

Kona 2026 will be remembered as a core memory forever and we let them know! 🌋🌺 more later

Snapshots from a surreal week.

Huge gratitude for @ironmantri and @protrinews for having me involved in broadcast and content that was world class.

Super happy to see the sport growing and evolving and to work alongside the best to do it - sometimes I have to stop and just try to take it in.

Special thanks to @juliapolloreno @kylelglass and @talbotcox for having faith in me to help represent their brands and also to Maria, Olivier, Alexa and the whole @on team for having @joolsbeardon and the @orbitalstud.io crew along for the ride.

Now - sleep 💤

12th in the world for 2026. I’m so grateful for everything about this race. For Kailua-Kona, for the people, for the way it tests you, for the opportunity to prove yourself at the highest level.

I’ll be back to try again. Mahalo🙏🌺

My picks, from my experience since 1996 in my first IRONMAN. 28x with more to come I’m looking forward to racing KONA 2027. My first KONA in 2013 is most memorable and as always for me was a solid finish, it’s mine and I own it forever #KONA #IRONMAN #PTO #worldchampionship #trirating
