Really helping the kids to understand WHAT it means to wear PINK. And the kids getting their families involved to donate to their awesome charity. 🫶🏻🎀 We don’t wear pink to be cute, we wear it to explain WHY we wear it and to open hearts and help. happy national dance day! 🤍 going to be super vulnerable with this post 🥹

since we’re in september, it only feels right to share “September,” my elite senior small open routine from this past season. this one will forever hold such a special place in my heart, and i am so humbly honored that it was recognized as an industry dance awards nominee.🙏🏼🧡🤎💚🍃

when i first heard this song, i cried. it hit me in such a raw and personal way. after spending nearly four years in an on-and-off toxic relationship, continuously finding myself running back, loving someone more than that love was reciprocated, and watching the people around me try to navigate the balance of loving and supporting me through it all, this song spoke to a part of me i hadn’t quite found the words for. 🥀

through it all, i continue to pray and believe that one day i’ll find a love that is healthy, genuine, and reciprocated. someone who loves just as hard as i do, who adds to the wholeness i’ve found within myself, and who reminds me that the love i’ve always given so freely is something i deserve in return.❤️

to these five incredible dancers @tae_sheridan @masonnstevenss @villalon5547 @mila_jimenez23 @madelineflrs , thank you for taking on pieces of my story, trusting the process, and bringing them to life so beautifully and raw. you stepped into emotions and experiences you may not have personally lived through, yet you approached them with such maturity, vulnerability, and artistry. every accolade and recognition that came from your performances was so incredibly deserved. i love you guys 😘

It was a big thing for myself to use my love of dance to turn a chapter of my life into something so beautiful. this one was healing in ways you may never fully know. ✨
