First full weekend of summer means a trip with the kiddos to DQ for dipped cones… a family tradition that dates back 40+ years (and counting). We tried their new Churro dip, which solidly proves that you can, in fact, teach an old dawg new tricks! 🍦 #meatlessmonday 🍦

The spicy scallop rolls at Moegi Sushi (222 The Esplanade) are absolute fire; a perfect #lunchunder10bucks. Pre-draft munchies before geeking out (in person) on Fantasy Football with old friends. This sushi is almost as 🔥 as our team 🏈 @moegi_sushi

Best of 2021… Friday pizza night with the girls. Soppressata and ricotta from the Rustic Bakery (318 Rustic Rd). This is our kinda place: deli down the left wall, hot table at rear, coffee shop down the right wall, Italian grocery filling up the middle. Mamma Mia! 🍕 🇮🇹

Saddened to hear the news that our favourite #Esplanade lunch spot, Mom & Pops, has closed its doors for good. Home to many-a-good Jerk Chicken plate, it was such a great meeting place. Y’all will be missed
