Thank you for being a friend... and a stylist, and a colorist, and a barber. 💅✂️ The Creature Studio team, in all our glory.

Last weekend I took the @creature.atl team to Blue Ridge for so team building and R&R. I can say with complete honesty that I love and appreciate every single one of these humans. You can actually love the place that you work and all the people in it. I actually want to be around them.

You know why? Because our space is filled with mutual love and respect. With honesty and support. We’re not perfect, but we are authentic and always have the best intentions.

You can build a salon family like this. You just have to do it with conviction and intention and be very clear about what you will not put up with.

Hit me up if you’re an owner who doesn’t feel this way about your team. I’m here to help you.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We will be taking some time away from the studio to recharge and reset so we can come back to serve our community!

Shout out to @creatureatl & @geoffreyhairr putting this awesome class together to teach us such an innovative approach to highlighting and styling textured hair.
