Three weeks ago tonight. ❤️

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. A packed house at The Beach Theatre celebrating years of writing and the launch of Call Time Theatrics. Hearing songs I’ve written over the years brought to life by some of my incredible voice students was so exciting! Here are just a few moments from that evening—full videos coming later. THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support. THANK YOU, young artists, for lending your voices to this work! Thank you @gemchildprod for capturing the evening! 🎥

WOW!!!! Finally making a post for Seussical. Being able to bring the Cat in the Hat to life was such an honor. Not a day went by that I wasn’t excited to go into rehearsal and have some fun. I will forever be chasing the high of playing this part and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I would like to give the biggest thank you to @scott.cooper.9047 for trusting me with this role and allowing me the creative freedom to make it my own. You are one in a million and I’m so thankful to have stumbled into your theatre.

Another big thank you to @rosa.rigatoni for being such an incredible assistant director. Thank you for answering my late night texts about ideas for new bits and workshopping new jokes with me. You are as kind and funny as you are hardworking and brilliant.

Thank you @amandaslopezc for stage managing such a chaotic and wild show. Thank you @sean_string for everything you did with sound. Your hard work did not go unnoticed!

Thank you @latoya_mccormick_music_ for making our music sparkle with that extra razzle dazzle. You are truly so incredible at what you do and I sincerely hope to work with you again one day! And, of course, my girl @_madisonabrams . Thank you for your hard work assistant music directing every single day. I felt so safe knowing I could always look downstage right and see your cute face. Love you.

Thank you @lylaruthofficial for the choreography! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for a talented lady such as yourself. Thank you Celeste and Dicky for making the world of Seussical so magical! The technical aspects of this show truly put it to the next level. @06.astrid.t I don’t know if I would have survived without your emergency safety pins. You are the best.

Thank you @sydneyvhayes for all of your hard work documenting this experience! You were so incredibly supportive from day one and it was just so nice having you around.

FINALLY to the entire cast and crew, I am so thankful for all of you. I constantly felt uplifted and cheered on and I’m happy to have met you all. You raised the bar for me every day and for that I am truly so thankful.

Oh, the thinks you can think if you’re willing to try!!!✨

“At least… the whole show… is always… my mustache…” - Latrice Royale (sort of)

I could not imagine a more perfect way to have engaged with Seussical for the first time ever. Playing Mr. Mayor was a dream role that I didn’t even know I had. I am so grateful to have been a part of this stellar production and all of my friends, and while I am glad I can finally rest again (slipping on the floor and rolling down stairs 5 times a week gets very taxing), I will never forget all the amayzing times I have had with this team!

So sorry that I don’t have that many pictures with everyone, unfortunately being a tiny little person on a speck of dust on top of a clover means that you don’t get to share the stage with that many others 😕 but rest assured I truly had a great time with each and every one of you!
