The Levitt Amp Bath Waterfront Concert Series has come to a close! What more can we say about this summer, which was so full of incredible acts, free live music and art, cultural traditions, community, and joy? The bands brought so much energy and heart to the stage, there wasn’t a day that didn’t have audiences up on their feet dancing along. Thank you to our co-hosts @mainstreetbath, and to our community who joined us on the waterfront this summer!

Our grant from the Levitt Foundation made it possible to bring new bands, new equipment, and expand our marketing to bring in new audiences to this ever growing seasonal offering. Thanks again to the LevittFamily Foundation (@levittfoundation) for bringing joy to our community and supporting the #LevittAMP Bath Music Series

Mystic Bowie and the Talking Dreads burning down the house on August 8th!

This phenomenal concert took the classics and inspired them with new energy that had us all up on our feet dancing and singing along. Mystic Bowie’s artful way of reimagining the Talking Heads to the rousing spirit of reggae really hit the sweet spot in our community, and we can’t wait to have them back again!

Let’s talk about last night, shall we —-
What a beautiful experience, truly.
Revive South Jersey benefit featuring the amazingly fun and talented @talking_dreads —
Thank you to John for the passes. Thank you to @jamedia1213 for the fun, shared vision of Unity for the Community and for being my family.
Revive South Jersey is a fabulous non profit designed to help “at risk” youth through different programs, funding, experiences and aid. Since this program has been in place, crime rates have certainly gone down and it’s helped bridge a gap between young folks, law enforcement and hope.
The band rocked the house and got everyone dancing. Mystic Bowie being one of the singers for The Tom Tom Club as well as Talking Dreads is no stranger to elevation through sound. Also featuring the lovely and ever so talented @songbirdsimone - when this woman sings, you can’t help but stare. She is a vision - a sheer powerhouse and a legend in her own right as she’s been on some of the top records to come out of Jamaica, not to mention her own music. Simply, amazing.
What a powerful night. I am so grateful to be a part of this community.

One week ago, we were right in the middle of Long Island's largest, and longest-running music festival, @greatsouthbaymusicfestival

Its first day centered around Emo, Pop-punk and hardcore featuring The Used and Bayside as well as killer local bands like Koyo

Day 2 featured a blend of Reggae and Ska, headed by Sublime and Common Kings, also featuring Mystic Bowie's Talking Dreads, and even more great local acts, including IRIEspect who kicked things off.

Our coverage of the first two days of the fest is up at teppen.life!

Keep an eye out for day 3 & 4!
