So Dior has been having terrible diarrhea blow outs for almost 2 in half weeks. Week one I bought the expensive ahh dog medicine like vet recommended but we all know that even when it comes to dog what you put in your body matters the most! These dogs cost thousands, its like putting regular gas in benz , so i knew i had to switch her food!

The medicine gave her temporary relief but she was still running off so i looked up frenchie raw diets on tiktok 🤏🤏🤏🤏❤️🥰 and yeah!

Her kibble cost $60 and you have to have a prescription for it 🙄🙄. But her Raw food only cost me about $25 so yea!

So far her poop has firmed up and she has not been having blowouts 😩🙌🙌

But if you have a frenchie, please drop so suggestions!

Balance looks different every day… and honestly, most days it feels like organized chaos. Between showing up for myself by prioritizing my health to being present for my son’s football games to pouring into events like @prettygirlssweat Homecoming….I’m constantly moving between worlds. So here’s a quick glimpse into what I call “balance” in no particular order. I started my day with a workout using my own program Toned w/ @fitformula21 before I had to get my son dropped for his pre game to arriving at PGS to driving an hour to get to my sons football game on time although my phone kept overheating so I couldn’t record any of his TD’s 🤦🏽‍♀️ but I was present and that’s what he will remember…mama always shows up!

But that’s the beauty of it ❤️ I do my best to show up in all areas of my life….even when it’s not perfect. Events like Pretty Girls Sweat remind me I’m not the only woman balancing it all. We’re out here making it work, together. A big shoutout to the founder @aeshiadevorebranch for creating this space for us ALL!

Here’s to being present, finding balance in the chaos, and giving ourselves grace while doing it all. ❤️🏈💪🏾
