2.2.17 I have accomplished a HUGE goal of mine! I haven't been writing for a long time so I didn't set my goals high but then I was like I can do anything & now look! MY ARTICLE THAT I WROTE MADE THE FRONT PAGE COVER OF THE EASTERN PROGRESS(University Paper) & it's about NPHC! I am the FIRST & ONLY African American to achieve this honor! The first step in changing the game is believing that you will! This feature for @voyageatl was a good affirmation for what’s to come once I graduate in 3 weeks with my Doctoral Certificate! ✨

Everyday is a new opportunity to be better & with hard work anything can be accomplished! This year alone has shown me that! From being on LIVE TV to celebrate my one year anniversary for ‘Talks With Trell’ to preparing for another graduation. I’m truly grateful for this journey I’m on.

Shout to God, my friends, & my family for all of the support. I’ve been working so so hard & it’s showing.. It’s only up from here!

Everyone go check out my magazine feature for the Voyage ATL!

I’ll forever be sooooo thankful for this opportunity to share with the world an idea I had with a blog and how it blossomed into a radio show! The fact I was on a LIVE morning talk show & they let me close my segment is something I’ll never forget!

This is a testament that big things come to those who are patient, consistent, & believe in themselves and their craft! I’m excited for what the future holds for me & what other doors I kick down.

Shoutout to my undergraduate department, the EKU School of Communication @eku_cms & graduate school department at @ @waldenuniversity for building me up and giving me skills I can use to make these types of impact.

From vision to reality! Today, I had the incredible honor of being a special guest on Everyday Kentucky on WKYT—my first-ever televised talk show appearance! I had the chance to talk about Talks with Trell & how I elevated it to where it is today! PLUS I GOT TO WRAP UP THE SEGMENT!!! @wkyteverydayky

This moment is a testament to faith, hard work, and never giving up on your dreams. Talks with Trell is just getting started, and I know this is only the beginning. Grateful for every step on this journey—God’s timing is always perfect! ✨

My FIRST magazine interview feature as a Radio Talk Show Host! Thank you @canvasrebel Magazine for this feature‼️

This one has to be my favorite interview so far because I was able to detail my growth from a blog on Wordpress to an actual radio show, a true hidden gem! I slowly feel like I’m moving in the right direction ⬆️.

It hasn’t been an easy road at all, but I’m blessed for every opportunity so far. Check out my latest feature with Canvas Rebel Magazine.
