Follow @founders.in.therapy for more! Taylor Bowman spent years in therapy that never quite landed, and instead of walking away from the field, she got stubborn. She started keeping a running list of everything she’d do differently if the room were ever hers, and that list is still what she runs her practice on today. From high acuity treatment that taught her to think fast under pressure, to leaving her “corporate” therapy job to build something of her own, her story is proof that the exhaustion isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong, it’s a sign you’re still learning. Thank you @talktalktaylor for inspiring the therapist business community ✌🏼 Mic passed to: @childtherapycenter 🎙 Got a story? Your stories get me every time. The hand‑me‑downs from the women who raised you, the chapters you outgrew, the decade‑old favorites, the moves, the new jobs, the bags you grabbed in the moments that actually mattered. Thank you for letting me be a part of it all. This community means everything to me. X RM 🤍 #community #baglover #milestone #storytelling #girlhood

This is the kind of longevity that inspires us ☀️ A 88-year-old grandmother, mother, and amazing friend who still gets outside, walks her 10K steps, stays busy, joins book clubs, spends time with the people she loves, and continues living with joy, movement, and purpose ✨ Having the energy to make plans 🌞 the strength to keep moving 💪 and the connection to keep showing up for family, friends, and the life we love 🤍 It is about adding more life, joy, movement, and meaning to every year!☀️ A huge thank you to Taylor for sharing her grandmother with us. She is a beautiful reminder that longevity is not just about years lived, but the joy, movement, connection, and purpose we continue to create along the way. 🌟 @talktalktaylor

👩🏻‍⚕️🩺🥼🩷 Your Weely RX is here! This week we have @talktalktaylor, who is not only one of our Wellness Ward Ambassadors, but is a LMFT in LA! She is the THE best and we are so lucky to have her! A Note From Taylor! I’m so excited to be part of the Wellness Ward! Stableish is the embodiment of so many things I love - normalization, recovery, girlhood & humor! It’s refreshing to see that mental health is something we can finally openly discuss without feeling ashamed by it.  My private practice is based in Los Angeles and is centered around allowing each client to be themselves while meeting them wherever they may be. I like to think that my style of therapy is like talking to an unbiased friend who won’t judge or shudder when uncomfortable topics are discussed. Admittedly, I love a good old fashion vent session too. Additionally, I help other therapists identify their niche and market their practice so that the right clients can easily find them! If you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out via my website serotoninpsychpractice.com or by emailing taylor@serotoninpsych.com
