🎤 Student-Athlete Mental Health Week check-in! 💭

To kick off SAMHW, @jordyn.crosby and @tamar.mckey visited SADC to check in with their fellow student-athletes.

From the little things that help them reset to their favorite foods and music, our student-athletes shared how they make time for themselves.

Because being a great student-athlete isn’t just about showing up for your team. It’s also about showing up for yourself. 💚

Watch to see what they had to say! 🎥

As our season comes to an end we couldn’t be more proud of our class of 2026 and all they have accomplished here at Lamorinda. We will definitely miss these girls in a LAMO uniform but wow do they look good in their new ones. Best of luck to all in this new chapter! #LamoProud #WeAreLMSC #16Seniors16Commits @lamorindagirlsga @lamorindasc @girlsacademyleague
