✂️😂 A little DIY never hurt anybody…
😬UNTIL IT DID! 💇🏻‍♀️🤣

You can cut your own hair.
You can also buy a house without a buyer’s agent. ABSOLUTELY you can!

But just because you CAN… doesn’t mean you SHOULD! 😜 I tried many things “do yourself” myself… 🫣

One bad haircut grows back.
🎬A bad real estate decision?
That could cost you a whole lot more than a trip to the salon! 💸🏡

From negotiating the right price to navigating inspections, contracts, deadlines, and all those little surprises along the way… having an experienced buyer’s agent in your corner matters!

And no matter if you bought or sold so many properties before… it doesn’t mean real estate is the same situation once that last time! 🦕😬
So, friends, put down the scissors AND don’t go house hunting without someone looking out for YOU! ✂️🔑😂

🏡 Your dream home deserves more than a DIY approach!

When desire and opportunity come knocking, it’s good to know you have the right agent with the right answers to help you make the move.

And on the note of friendly reminders… here’s your reminder that summer nights on the Guadalupe are hard to beat. Seale Hill is a true treasure on the river.
