Are you a vegan or veg-curious woman age 40+ that wants to get in the best shape of your life? 👙

You've probably tried super restrictive diets like keto, low-carb, detoxes, and fasting--just to find the weight comes right back when you can't stick to it 😔

Top that off with sweating it out with intense HIIT workouts in the gym, running for miles, and sweating it out in high intensity aerobics classes and you're sick and tired of being tired with no results to to show for it 🥵🏃🏽‍♀️

I know there's a better way -- I started competing as a bodybuilder at age 40 🏆and got the leanest I've ever been in my life without being a slave to cardio machines, spending hours and hours in the gym, or eating rabbit food 🐰

My name is Tamara Marie and I'm a pro vegan bodybuilder, body sculpting coach, and plant-based nutrition coach 💪🏽🌱🎯

I help women shed stubborn belly fat and prevent (or reverse) weight gain due to #menopause with strength training and simple metabolism-boosting nutrition principles 🔥🍽️

If you're ready to get started, comment or DM me COACH ↘️📩

Broke the keg toss state record at the @delawarevegfestival this yesterday! I also met some incredible people, was given the opportunity to speak on vegan diets for performance, and pull a truck for the crowd 💪🌱

The previous keg toss record was 16’0” and has stood for a decade. First vid was 16’2 then I decided to send it in the second vid and I hit 17’0.” These records are unofficial of course so I’ll be keeping an eye out for competitions with keg tosses in them to break the record officially.

BIG thank you to @triforcecos @dani.bye and @hibyeinde for coming to help me out and support. Couldn’t have done it without you guys!
