A–T–L–A–N–T–A! 💰👑🔥

I LOOK LIKE MONEY. I SMELL LIKE MONEY. I TALK LIKE MONEY. AND I DAMN SURE WALK LIKE MONEY! 💎

I’m a millionaire, bitch! I set the damn pace! 💅🏾💸

But here’s the REAL flex…

MY SON WILL NEVER HAVE TO DREAM ABOUT THE LIFE I HAD TO FIGHT FOR. 👑❤️

Everything I prayed for, everything I sacrificed for, every door they slammed in my face, every night I went without… I’m building something so my son can walk through doors I had to KICK DOWN!

I don’t chase no bag. THE BAG FOLLOW MY FEET! And one day, everything I’m building will be his to build on. 💰

He can have anything he wants, but I’m teaching him something money can’t buy: OWNERSHIP, DISCIPLINE, LEGACY, AND THE POWER TO CREATE HIS OWN EMPIRE.

I’M NOT JUST RAISING A SON. I’M RAISING MY SUCCESSOR! 👑

And as for his mama? BABY, SHE GETS THE BAG TOO! 😂💸🖕🏾

🎬 FUCK IT UP FRIDAY
🎵 LOOK LIKE MONEY — CEO
🏦 THE MONEY FACTORY IS OPEN!

This ain’t just a flex. IT’S GENERATIONAL WEALTH WITH A SOUNDTRACK!

A little late on the post, but definitely not on the appreciation.

Respiré Massage & Spa had the opportunity to bring chair massage and wellness beyond the table to the 1st Annual @blaque_excellence_network Cookout --an incredible community event alongside some amazing local businesses and vendors sponsored by @mpirefinancialgroup led by @mitchelluxe_homes featuring headliner @sannchazthetruth facilitated at the amazing @lgsgalaeventvenue

Events like this are about more than setting up a booth. They’re about connection, collaboration, supporting other entrepreneurs, and creating moments for people to pause, reset, and care for themselves.

Respiré is a wellness ecosystem built to prevent burnout—bringing massage, stretch, bodywork, and customized wellness experiences directly to individuals, workplaces, and events.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Respiré experience for a chair massage, conversation, or to learn more about what we offer. And a special shoutout to the fellow vendors and business owners who showed up and shared their brands with the community.

I had such an amazing experience going to Panama City for competition and had a fun time. We left being grand national champions, and getting studio of excellence. Along with that I also was able to go to the beach with my friends which was very fun. I want to thank my studio @triple7dancestudio_ and @tamarat7d because without Ms. Tamera we wouldn’t be able to be nation champions!!! Also thank you to @dancekar for the amazing experience!!!!💙💙💙💙

✨ 30 Days of Gratitude – Day 9 ✨

Today, I’m grateful for a lesson I learned in childhood: Never Give Up!

Life will always bring challenges, but giving up is never the answer. Persistence helps us keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.

This lesson has guided me through sports, fitness, entrepreneurship, and personal challenges. Every setback has been a chance to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

I’m grateful for the people, experiences, and mindset that taught me to keep going.

What’s something in your life that required you to keep going even when you wanted to quit? Share below. ⬇️

And if you’re joining me for #30DaysOfGratitudeWithMelody, share what you’re grateful for today, tag me, and let’s continue this journey together!

People don’t always know what I actually do.

Yes, I own a dance studio. Yes, I lead a competition team. But it is so much more than dance.

A competition weekend can mean at least 10,000 steps in one day. It means being up by 7:00 AM and not getting back to my room until 10:30 or 11:00 PM. It means remembering to eat, drink water, handle unexpected changes, encourage dancers, support parents, make decisions, and keep everything moving.

And yes, I have a staff — an amazing one. But at the end of the day, the responsibility still sits on my back.

This is not a complaint. It is just a small peek behind the scenes.

I signed up for this. I understand that success is not punishment — it is a level up. And with every level comes more responsibility, more discipline, and more work to be done.

As Season 24 comes to an end, I am grateful. Grateful for the opportunity to lead my alumni, work alongside my daughter, and continue setting standards for the youth I encounter.

The work is heavy, but the purpose is bigger. And I am thankful. ❤️
