London’s a big place, but sometimes it feels like a small city. Same faces, familiar streets, memories round every corner.

“Small City” is about where I come from, the things you see growing up and how life has a way of coming full circle. What goes around comes around.

Bermondsey will always be part of me, wherever I end up. This one carries a bit of home 🖤

Small City, from my album Until The End Of Time. Out now on all streaming platforms.

I said it before and will say it again. At every race I will carry the Turkish Cypriot flag with me over the line.

Family where at home waiting to see me cross the line.
Finding it difficult to spot me and than like a beacon of light they see the flag. Shining... Shining like a star.

It filled them with happiness and me too.

I'm not a nationalist just proud of my roots and want people to recognise we do exist and should have as much rights as everyone else. Embargoes makes life hard for the Turkish Cypriots.

Manchester Marathon 2026 was difficult and I did not run the race I wanted but a 10min PB - Alhamdulilah- All Praise to Allah 🙌🏼

A marathon is tough but we learn and go again.
Cramping in the quad and hamstring at around 30km was a 1st for me. Never had both at the same time. 🤷‍♂️

Also mentally was not in the right space the few days before which also played its part.
Secondary school selections with the local authority has been a nightmare for my SEND child. Still awaiting a place and not much help from the Local Authority.

We sacrifice a lot to run this distance and it takes its toll on the body.
I'm forever greatful I can run this distance and will keep going till I can't go no more.

Manchester you was amazing onto the next one 🫡
