A few pictures from an amazing evening we had at last night's Tropical Storm! ⛈️💜

Such a beautiful session from start to finish, with a full house and some incredible energy in the room.

It was so nice to welcome some new faces, along with some of our familiar faces from the Barn who came to experience the studio for the first time.

A massive thank you to Mikey and Angela for their beautiful Reiki healing throughout the evening. The energy was off the charts, and there was a lot of release towards the end of the session, which was beautiful to witness and hold space for 🤗

Thank you to everyone who joined us, trusted the experience, and allowed yourselves to surrender to the storm. It really was a special evening 💜

And apologies to those who couldn't get booked on this time.

The Storm returns on Wednesday 4th November, and tickets are now available ⛈️💜

Another year done and dusted ✨️

I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who’s been part of my journey this year. The team, the collaborators, the venue owners who’ve trusted us with their spaces, and everyone who’s supported along the way.

A special thank you to the helpers behind the scenes, the ones who’ve held space, helped set up, packed down, stepped in when needed, and quietly made things possible. You know who you are, and I’m deeply grateful 💞 x

To my students who’ve trusted me to introduce them to the world of sound and taken the next step with such courage. Watching you grow and flourish has been incredible.
To everyone who’s laid down on the mats, surrendered, and allowed themselves to be held, thank you.

This year has taken a lot of faith and a lot of work, but I feel deeply grateful for where I am and for the people walking alongside me.

As our Julie says, from my heart to your heart 💙. I wish you a very happy, safe and peaceful end to the year, and all the best of what 2026 can bring.

✨ Something new is coming…! ✨

Back in June, I had the most unreal weekend learning how to play the beautiful crystal bowls, with an absolutely beautiful bunch of people 🫶🏻

When I got my bowls, it was such a special moment. They’re absolutely magical. Delicate, but strong. The energy they carry, the vibrations they emit, the frequencies they share. There’s nothing quite like it 🎶

I’m so grateful to Tom @newearthholisticsounds for sharing his wisdom and bringing together a wonderful group of people, in such a stunning location, to learn all about sound healing and allow us to share this experience together.

🤩 And I am so excited to now feel ready to share my own crystal sound bath experience with you, with guided meditation to help you calm the mind and achieve deep relaxation.

Life is so busy - we all need a slice of calm sometimes.

Can't believe it has been a week already since we were all together. I want to say a huge Congratulations to this beautiful group of humans 😍 my first Class of ’25, who all completed their Sound Healing Practitioner Training with me last weekend.

It was such an incredible two days – intense, emotional, and very inspiring. You each brought so much of yourselves into the space, and I feel honoured to have witnessed your growth. Watching you step into your confidence with curiosity and courage and then to share your own sound was magic.

And a massive thank you to Dan for assisting me over the weekend – your support, presence, and calm energy made such a difference! I’m so excited that you’ll be joining the team as a trainer for the Academy – it’s an honour to have you on this journey.

Thank you all for trusting me to guide you. I’m so proud of you and excited to see where your path leads from here.
