JUST BOUGHT: Island-Inspired Luxury Between Two Iconic Beaches With Unsurpassed Dual-Aspect Views

Every now and then we pull off a transaction that really makes a difference, and this truly was one of them. An absolute privilege to represent some long-term clients (and friends) of mine securing this wonderful home. An exceptionally tough negotiation, but with a happy end result.

I truly believe this pocket of Sydney is the most magical place in the city, and if you’ve ever experienced an early morning in this spot, or a swim off the rocks at Mckenzie’s Bay, you’ll know what I’m talking about. The connection to the ocean, and the lifestyle it offers is second to none, which is why I myself choose to live there!

Most importantly, I managed to secure myself some great new neighbours! Thank you to my right-hand woman @tamheaps for making this possible at the 11th hour!

JUST BOUGHT BY @jackbathurst

Some of the best homes never make it to market. We secured this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Surry Hills off-market, and were the first buyers to walk through the door.

It sits in Ashlar Apartments, a boutique SJB-designed building with just 25 residences and very tightly held. It has an east-facing outlook over the neighbourhood’s warehouse streetscape, a marble kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, parquetry floors, and a covered terrace. It’s all an easy walk to Central, the CBD and some of Sydney’s best dining.

Opportunities like this rarely come up, and when they do, being first matters.

Great to work with @michaelkirk_bw @nathand3rson @bresicwhitney

My fishy bracelets are named after the person who loves the fishy bracelets the most…and her name is TAMMY!

I currently have fish in orange, green, silver, bright pink, purple and three different blues (royal, sky and pastel blue). See my stories for the different colours of fish.

I like to design my fishy bracelets around the fish. So you just need to choose a colour of fish and I’ll do the rest!

$20 each - DM to purchase 🩷
