POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This year changed more than my business.

It’s reminded me how much life can hold all at once.

Late nights building things I never imagined I’d be able to build.

The privilege, and sometimes the weight, of helping care for the people I love. 🥺

Learning that my own physical and mental well-being deserve as much attention as my ambition.

Rocky flights that led to incredible opportunities.

Standing on stages I’d dreamed about.

Backyard water fights with Amaré and my 75 year old grandpa.

Quiet dinners with friends.

Laughing 🤣 to tears with Corey over things only we would get.

Conversations that challenged me.

People that challenged my patience.

Encountering incredibly kind humans.

Ordinary moments that ended up meaning the most.

I’m realizing this season was never just about building a business.

It’s been a season of discovery.

Discovering new capabilities.

New priorities.

New questions.

And maybe even a new version of myself.

We’re not done yet.

But for the first time in a long time...

I’m excited to see where this chapter goes. 🤍

I have a bit of an obsession with putting smart women in a room and letting the conversation unfold.

Today, I got to do exactly that.🔥

We recorded a live roundtable discussion and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The kind of conversation that makes you wish you could be a fly on the wall.👀

We talked about women in AI, the role we need to play in shaping policy, the environmental impact of this technology, what AI can never replace, and why human judgment, creativity, and connection may become even more valuable as AI becomes more capable.

What struck me most wasn’t the technology.

It was the honesty.

The nuance.

The willingness to challenge ideas, share experiences, and imagine a future we’re actively shaping, not just reacting to.

A huge thank you 🙏🏾to every woman who pulled up a chair and contributed to the conversation. You made this one special.

This episode drops in a couple of weeks, and I have a feeling you’re going to want to hear every minute of it.

Special thanks to our founding partner, @bdc_ca Business Development Bank of Canada, for helping make Founder AI Studio Live possible and for their continued commitment to supporting Canadian entrepreneurs.

THE ROOM IS THE ASSET. 🔥

Tomorrow, we’re bringing together founders, operators, investors, community builders, and women actively building with AI.

Not for another panel.
Not for another networking event.
Not to talk about prompts.

To BUILD.

We’ve got a live podcast, a visibility audit, an IP strategist, @bdc_ca in the room, Claude Code, workbooks, reference cards, and a table full of smart people willing to share what they’re actually figuring out.

The truth is, AI isn’t the interesting part anymore.

What happens when the right people get in the same room is.

The next Founder AI Studio Live will have limited spots, and our DM list will hear about applications first. If you want priority access before spaces fill, send me a DM with STUDIO today.

🌅 This summer handed me some hard but beautiful lessons—and I’m taking them with me into Q4 like tools in my boss bag:

✨ If it’s to be, it’s up to me. No one is coming to save me. I am the room, the intro, the opportunity.

✨ Closed mouths don’t get fed. If you don’t tell people what you’re building, they can’t support you. Sharing the messy middle of creating our AI tool for SRS shaped it into something powerful.

✨ Lean into the people who ride for you. Stop doing it all alone. Your real ones want to see you win.

✨ Clarity comes from deciding. Not from overthinking. Movement creates momentum.

✨ Whining doesn’t build empires. Action does.

✨ Your body and spirit can rebuild. Every setback reminded me I can bounce back stronger.

✨ Trust your intuition. If it feels off, it is. Stop forcing what isn’t flowing.

✨ Sexy is an attitude. Confidence is an inside job—and it shows before you even say a word.

💡 End of summer reminder: you’re stronger, smarter, and sexier than you give yourself credit for. Q4 is coming—what lesson are YOU carrying forward?

Still floating from Sunday.
The final event of the Professionelle Summit was the definition of a whole vibe. Over 170 women—from Toronto to Windsor to Rochester—showed up and showed out for themselves and each other.

The fashion? Next level.
The stage? Gorgeous.
The energy in the room? Unmatched. 🤩

We talked about AI, media, partnerships, sisterhood, business highs, business heartbreaks, and the bounce back. The convos weren’t just on stage—they happened in quiet corners, in the activation lounge, over cocktails, and between selfies. My phone battery couldn’t even keep up with all the mic-drop moments.

And the finale? Baby.
@pinkycole gave us everything. Vulnerability. Wisdom. Real talk about losing her company for 43 days—and the power of resilience and community that brought it back.

It was the kind of day that fills your cup and reminds you why you do what you do.
Why you keep going.
Why you need your sisters beside you.💕

I saw women I’ve known for over a decade. Women who have seen every evolution of me—and still clap every time. Say what you want about Toronto—my community is all love and I love that for us.

This is post one of many because there’s too much goodness to fit in one caption.

So stay tuned. Because the glow-up, the wisdom, and the gratitude? It’s still flowing.

🎉 Kicking off 2025 with a bang! 🎉

I’m beyond honored to be recognized as one of the top marketing agencies in Toronto for 2025 by the Canadian Choice Awards! 🙌🏾

I don’t chase accolades or awards, but when they come, they hit differently. 💥 As entrepreneurs, we pour so much into our work—late nights, big risks, and endless dreams—without knowing who’s watching. So this moment is a real reminder that the hard work does matter and people do see it.

Thank you to everyone who voted, supported, and believed in the vision. 💛 Here’s to a magnetic, bold, and unstoppable 2025. Cheers to what’s next! 🥂

2024 was a year of profound self-discovery and growth. It took me on my first solo trip since having my son (who’s no longer a baby, actually!), and introduced amazing new people into my world.

The journey of rediscovering my mojo after becoming a mom was challenging, but it’s brought me back stronger and more vibrant than ever.

As I close this chapter, I’m choosing to focus on the wonderful things to come, instead of dwelling on what could have been.

2024 has led me exactly where I’m meant to be, and I’m ready to embrace all the adventures 2025 will bring. Here’s to new beginnings and endless possibilities!

Learning without community is like a spark without kindling—it might ignite, but it can’t sustain a fire.
True growth happens in The Dovetail Community when our knowledge is shared, supported, and amplified together. ✨🔥

Stop scrolling and go follow @tamikaiscontent . And she’s an alchemist. No doubt about it.

As the CEO over at @orishacreative , Tamika is the master of alchemy.

What’s that? Good question... here’s what our friend, Merriam-Webster has to say ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

“A Seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination”.

The first time I met with Tamika, she took one look at The Hive and easily described how it’s different than other coaching programs.

🔮 Like, in a snap... she saw something I couldn’t.

✨✨ And that’s some serious magic.

I admire Tamika’s savvy approach to marketing.

She understands that the get-rich-quick attitude everywhere online isn’t reliable, which is why she created The Nurture Matrix.

And thanks to her, I don’t have to launch The Hive unless I feel like it.

I’ve simply applied Tamika’s brilliance to my marketing and folks find me. (Again... with the magic, right??)

So, is Tamika Auwai a complete genius with indescribable superpowers?
✅ Heck yes.

Is she also totally compassionate and funny and honest and reliable and loyal?
✅ You bet.

Oh! And does she have the best sense of style with drool-worthy jewelry I kinda wanna steal?
✅ Of course she does.

Tamika, thank you for sharing your magic with the world. I’m so grateful to call you my friend.

🎊🚀Can you believe it’s almost 2024?! This year has been filled of so many moments (too many to count) that deserve attention. So before we launch into the fabulous chaos that is the new year, let’s take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey that was 2023.

📝I’ve had some clients do this exercise, and trust me, it’s a game-changer.

Let’s Reflect & Celebrate 🎉LIST Your Juice For 2023:

1. What opportunities knocked on your door unexpectedly? Were there moments that caught you off guard but turned out to be pure gold? Those hidden gems are worth celebrating!

2. Remember when you said something “wasn’t working,” but it brought in amazing opportunities?
List what they were.

3. How much money did you make? Whether you hit your money goal or not, let’s break it down. If you missed the mark, what stood in your way?

4. Who entered your life and turned into a beautiful relationship, collaboration, or friendship? Who enriched your world this year?

5. What investment changed the game for you? Big or small, financial or personal – what did you invest in that leveled up your game?

6. What invaluable advice did you receive? Someone dropped wisdom on you, and it probably made a difference. What was it, and how did it impact you?

7. Inspiring travels and motivating events? Share the places and events that left you feeling inspired and ready to conquer the world!

8. What great thing happened that you want more of in 2024? Let’s manifest more of those awesome moments in the new year!

9. Social media surprises? Remember that post you thought no one would care about? Turns out, people did! Share the unexpected social media victories.

10. What fear did you conquer this year?
Accomplishments, big or small, that you forgot to celebrate? Celebrate yourself! What victories slipped through the cracks but deserve a moment in the spotlight?

Remember, this is your journey, and there’s no judgment here – except maybe from yourself, so go easy!

Let’s make 2024 the year of unapologetic awesomeness! The juice can’t flow in if we’re blocking it with stuff that doesn’t serve us.

😚💃🏾😘Monique
