Nobody sees the beginning when they are looking at the result.

I am excited to officially share that I have joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Wayzata.

When I started thinking about the next chapter of my real estate business, I knew I wanted to be somewhere that felt local, connected and aligned with the way I want to serve my clients.

For me, this move is about so much more than a new name on a sign.

It means having even more resources, relationships and marketing opportunities behind me while continuing to provide the personal, hands on service that has always mattered most to me.

If you have worked with me, you know I believe the details matter. I love helping sellers figure out what to do before their home ever hits the market. I am hands on with preparation and staging. I care deeply about the photography, video and marketing that tell the story of a home. And when it is time to negotiate, I advocate fiercely for my clients.

That part of my business is not changing.

What is changing is the number of ways I can now help my clients.

Coldwell Banker gives me access to an incredible local and global network, expanded marketing resources, Global Luxury opportunities and new ways to strategically introduce a home to the market.

And that last piece is something I am especially excited to share with you.

Because selling a home does not always have to begin by simply putting it on the MLS.

✨ A little real estate. A little red carpet. A little razzle-dazzle. And a whole lot of sunshine. ✨

Another trip around the sun calls for a little GOLD. 🥂 And if you know me, you know I was never going to celebrate it with a ordinary photo.

I had so much fun with this shoot and decided to step outside the box of the traditional real estate portrait. I was even told by a couple of people that it might be “a little much” or “not exactly real estate.” And maybe that’s precisely the point. 😉 I believe there’s room to be professional, successful AND completely yourself. I wasn’t about to trade the sparkle for something that didn’t feel like me.

Give me fashion, beautiful homes, red-carpet energy and a reason to sparkle, and I’m in. ✨ I’ve always believed you can be polished and professional without losing the personality that makes you uniquely you.

From runways and red carpets to real estate and everything in between, every chapter of my life has shaped the way I show up today—with energy, creativity, connection, a little glamour and hopefully plenty of sunshine. ☀️

As I begin another year around the sun, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the people in my life, the relationships I’ve built, the experiences that brought me here, and all the possibilities still ahead. More laughter. More meaningful connections. More adventures. More doors opening—in real estate and in life. And, naturally, a little more sparkle. ✨

Here’s to taking chances, thinking outside the box, celebrating what makes each of us different, and making the next chapter a beautiful one.
