A few months ago, @patrickholden91 came to me and said he wanted to run a marathon. He said, ‘Sean, I want to run the London marathon for charity, will you help train me?’ I laughed and said, “Okay, let’s do it.” I thought, ‘Never expected party Pat to run a marathon.’ Then he had gone and signed up for two more marathons and a mountain. And I knew he was serious. I’ve known Pat for over 10 years, and we’ve had some mega parties together. And anyone who knows him probably has as well! He is one of the most genuine guys I have met and has supported me since day one. So seeing him commit to this huge goal and being able to help him achieve is inspiring honour. Here’s what we’re doing. In six months, me and @lwillersfitness are coaching Pat from zero running to four finish lines: New York Marathon on Sunday, 2 November Mount Kilimanjaro on Saturday, 3 January Tokyo Marathon on Sunday, 1 March The Final London Marathon on Sunday, 26 April Each week, you’ll see our miles, long run, strength session, altitude prep, and money raised. We’re fundraising for two causes that matter: @tomharrisonhouse is a specialist addiction recovery center for the UK Armed Forces, veterans, and emergency services. @tamosef_ (Tanzania Morality Social Empowerment Foundation), which supports vulnerable children across Tanzania with safety, education, and opportunity. We want to raise £10,000 If you want to back it, you can sponsor it via the link in bio and share this post. Brother, I’m proud of you! Let’s go!
