THE SWITCH OFF RETREAT

What is it?

Three nights in the fresh mountain air of Graubünden. An alpine lodge, a shared agreement to put phones away, and nothing but time to reconnect with yourself, and with the people around you, through gentle movement, honest conversation, slow walks in nature, and space to simply be.

xx,
Anne, Elise & Mel 🧡

The best part about TANA? You get to keep adjusting until you find what actually works for your needs. The box can go on the wall or on a shelf or on a table, sideboard, whatever you prefer and fits your current needs.

We recently moved our TANA box right next to our entrance: phone goes in the second we step inside. Small change, but it's made the whole evening feel different. Next month it might live somewhere else entirely, and that's kind of the point.

Have you found your perfect spot yet? 🤍

IWD 2026 - A quiet moment this morning.

Mountains outside the window, thoughtful objects on the table.

Today feels like a good moment to celebrate the women who create, build, and care deeply about the things they put into the world.

Happy International Women’s Day. 🤍
