TALL TALE TUESDAY: TALL POWER!💙

When I was younger, it took me years to accept and be comfortable with my height. As a TALL young girl it was hard to find clothes to fit my growing statueous frame. However, I was fortunate because my mother and oldest sister were my personal seamstress.

When I finally had clothes to fit my statueous frame, my self perception changed. Imagine wearing pants long enough for your legs. Shirts made long enough to touched your wrist.

As an adult, I appreciate brands and designers that have noticed TALLS , and have heard our request for longer lengths when making pants. This community appreciates inseams from 35" to 39". Fashionably designs that one can wear from the school house, work/ office, church, red carpet, or just relaxing at home.

I love my height. My height matters. I thank God for my height!!!🦒💙

Still can’t get over my bride from this week 😭😍

First wedding of the season, and I still can’t get over how GORGEOUS my bride looked. 🤍

There’s something so special about watching everything come together on a day that’s been planned for months. Being trusted with someone’s hair for one of the biggest moments of their life is never something I’ll take for granted.

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented MUA @tanayajmakeup who brought her vision to life and to my amazing assistant @thenanimethod for keeping everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. Wedding mornings truly take a team, and I’m so grateful to work alongside such talented people.

This week I finally made it to the Radio City Stage!! Huge shout out to @tanayajmakeup for this FACE!! She got me Radio City ready at a moment’s notice and I felt so pretty!

Thank you so much to my family Donald Lawrence & Co for every opportunity! Singing with you all is a dream EVERY SINGLE TIME!!
