Y’all ever wonder why your squat and deadlift is slacking? Maybe weak glutes and hamstrings. Check out RDLs next time. Keep the form nice and right though. Would y’all want to see a form video?

7 plates, say what?! Honestly, I have been loving switching farmer carry with this sled pull/push combo. Keeps things very interesting. Also, it’s a good functional movement. Let’s see how many plates you have and tag us in a post!

Don’t be afraid to record yourself. I was thinking of doing a box squat type squat and noticed it was too high. Then I recorded without it, and noticed I was a little high. I didn’t record the next set, but I made sure to go low and controlled. It’s hard to tell with camera angles as well. Sometimes if you put them higher or lower, then it’ll make your squat look higher or lower. #iam1stphorm #1stphorm #legionofboom #1stphormathletesearch #bethe1 #wedothework #duespaid
