in the time of a greater chaos, flowers are still blooming and rain is back to wash the dust away and the new day come.

I think so many people secretly want to dance… but convince themselves it’s too late….

Too late because they’ve never danced before.
Too late because they’re not flexible enough.
Too late because they don’t feel confident.
Too late because they aren’t talented enough.

But dance isn’t reserved for those who have been dancing since they were little.

Dance is about joy, self expression,
learning to move with intention. It’s giving yourself the freedom to find confidence in your body and letting yourself be seen. ❤️

You don’t need perfect technique.
You don’t need to be the most experienced person in the room!
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re doing yet.

Because sometimes, dance is about reconnecting with yourself. Finding your femininity and remembering how good it feels to move, simply because you can.

You’re not too late.

You’re exactly where you need to be. You just need to give yourself permission to begin. 💃✨

Some books you read.
Some books make you want to move.

TANGOPOLE definitely does.

Thank you for the inspiration dear Mitya❤️ — and I’m so excited to bring a little more TangoPole into my own journey. 💃🏻

right now.🤍
no plan, no later, no waiting.

just the beat running through the body
and that one moment where everything else fades out.

we spend so much time waiting
for the “right” timing, more confidence, more certainty,
thinking ahead & looking back
missing what’s right in front of us✨️🤍

what if this is already enough?✨️

this moment🤍
this movement🤍
this feeling🤍

this is where life actually happens✨️

not overthinking, just being.
not holding back, just feeling.
not chasing, just existing.

right now is all we truly ever have✨️🤍
so why not start exactly here? ✨

I choose to be fully here. RIGHT NOW🩷✨️
