✨Welcome ✨50✨Bem-vindos✨

Concretizar melhor ainda. A técnica por detrás chama-se magia. Aos 50 já nem estremeço a dizê-lo.

E porque faço 50 vou fazer mais posts e ocupar espaço e quem sabe chatear o algoritmo.

Porque aos 50 já nada é demais.

I am coming out!

Não que estivesse escondida antes, mas agora vem de outro espaço ✨✨✨

My Cup is Full—Graduation, Family & Stepping Up

Some weeks, months can happen. These past few weeks have been full on, in a good way—we sold our house in Marin, I made another successful trip around the sun, Colby graduated high school, family came to visit, and I co-hosted a successful conference & reception for 70 people.

Now closer to 60 than 50, I’ve started embracing aging with grace & wisdom vs. fear and regrets. And I actually feeling better and younger than I have in more than 10 years. Mindset is everything.

Saturday, Colby’s high school chapter closed, and while I’ll miss driving him to school everyday, as he reviewed his European history and economic notes, I’m so excited for his next chapter at Cambridge and his adventures this summer. The IB program is intense and I’m not sure I would have survived it.

While proud of him for reaching for the stars and making his dream come true, I’m even more proud of the young man he’s become. He’s kind, curious, open-minded, and beautifully blends his sharp intellect with wisdom and intuition far beyond his years.

Celebrating these milestones with family made it sweeter. My dad and his wife Deborah just left after 10 days and I love that we got to share a crazy slice of our lives here with them. And I’m feeling blessed that all our parents are still alive and my kids have such great relationships with each of them.

It was also special to reconnect with Tania’s brother Eric and his wife Becky who joined us this past weekend to celebrate Colby. They too took the big leap and moved to Greece a few years ago. Looking forward to spending more time together and visiting them.

And finally I’m proud of myself for hosting and co-creating an engaging and connecting conference and poolside dinner celebration. Over 70 expats and locals came together based on our shared values of freedom, empowerment, and deepening our understanding of how bitcoin is making the world a better place. The glowing feedback from the attendees made all the hard work worth it.

This montage—family celebrations, Colby’s graduation, conference smiles—holds it all. Life is full and I’m so grateful.🙏🏻🧡🎉

Nothing can stop us—rain, floods, swamps… bring it on! Cheers to the fearless ladies who took it all in their stride (with a lot of laughter). When life gives you a downpour, make it an adventure! And let’s not forget the VIP chauffeur service at the end— cherry on top. The things we do for #padel!
