Imagine getting your associate’s degree, working corporate for 14 years, and then deciding… there has to be more to life than this. 🤍

So you take a chance on yourself. You learn something new. You build a business from your phone, create relationships, serve clients, and start building a life that works around YOU instead of the other way around.

More freedom. More flexibility. More time for the people who matter most. More opportunities you never saw coming.

No, it wasn’t the path I originally planned. But sometimes God has a bigger plan than the one we mapped out ourselves. 🙏🏼

And I’m so glad I was brave enough to say yes to something different.

Your degree isn’t wasted. Your experience isn’t wasted. And it’s never too late to build a life that looks different than the one you thought you’d have. ✨

What if your next chapter is your best one yet? 🤍

This part is invaluable.

The friendships you never knew existed. The opportunities you didn’t know you’d have. The chance you took on yourself and seeing all the goodness that comes from getting uncomfortable to see all of the blessings he has in store for you.

No price tag. I started for $200 a month and quickly found out it was worth so much more.

This is the kind of table I want to keep making bigger. 🤍

Women with ideas.

Women with goals.

Women who want more for themselves and are willing to work for it.

Women who cheer for each other, share what they’re learning, and actually want to see the woman beside them win too.

That’s a huge part of the vision I have for what I’m building.

Not just selling hair care.

Not just growing something online.

I want to build a community of women who are creating something of their own, learning together, supporting each other and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

I want more trips where we’re dreaming up what’s next.

More conversations that start with “Okay, hear me out…” 😂

More celebrating each other’s wins.

More women realizing they’re capable of building something they’re proud of.

And I’m looking for women who want a seat at that table.

If this sounds like the kind of room you’ve been looking for, send me a message. 🤍

Find the women who genuinely want to see you win, and be that woman for them too. 🤍

When asked if you want to book a flight to stay in a mansion with women you don’t know, probably always say yes. It’s the hype up and encouragement in the bts for me! A circle where women build eachother up

Til the next slumber party ✨✈️

My cup is FULL. 🥹🤍

The last few days reminded me how incredibly grateful I am for the women this business has brought into my life.

Women who have welcomed me into their circles. Who have made room for me at the table. Who share what they know instead of keeping it to themselves.

I going home with pages of notes, new business knowledge, more product education, fresh ideas and so much excitement for what’s ahead.

But more than anything, I came home reminded of the kind of community I want to build.

I want women doing business AND life together. Women who celebrate each other’s wins, learn from each other, encourage each other when things feel hard and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

I want the group chats, the content days, the coffee dates, the conferences, the trips and the friendships that happen somewhere in between all of it.

These women gave me a glimpse of that again this weekend, and my heart is just incredibly grateful.

And maybe one day, instead of wishing I could bring everyone home with me, I’ll be coming home with a whole crew of our own. 🤍

some high quality moments with some higher caliber people i never would’ve met if it wasn’t for MONAT

when i started this business in 2023, i had no clue what i was doing. i didn’t want to go to conventions. i didn’t know anyone… and i’m an introverted extrovert. it was all very uncomfortable for me, truly. IYKYK.

this is now my third Monations and it’s become something i very much look forward to. these people are incredible. this company is amazing. our leadership is unmatched. i’m so glad i chose to build here.

they began the morning in live prayer and the Lord was woven throughout the entire day. so sweet to the soul. this undoubtedly tops the reasons i love this company so much.

i still don’t know everything. but i do know that 3 1/2 years ago, i was praying for God to help me find a way to make money on my terms while being present for my family, and He brought this business to my attention.

i’m grateful i took a chance on myself. i’m grateful for this community pushing me out of my comfort zone and to dream bigger. i’m glad i’ve kept deciding to push through the tough times. and i know what’s coming is better than we can imagine.

you don’t need another course. you don’t need to feel ready. you need a company with character development and Jesus at the center where you can learn while you earn.

you need to come build with me and MONAT.
curious? comment BUILD and i’ll send the deets.

top night with the best people. 🥂✨

yeah, the last couple of years have been something 💀I’ve been knocked down and dragged down the street while the house burned, but I guess you can’t hold me down forever.

it still matters to me. it matters that I know what I’m building, who I’m building it with, and why I started in the first place.

we’re working at rebuilding something so good over here. good people, big goals, and a business I’m still ridiculously grateful I said yes to.

so. if you were waiting for me to get tired, get quiet, or leave, I’m not gonna make the mistake I’ve seen so many others make. still here. still betting on us. 🖤

Because when something new is coming for your hair, I want you to know what it is, who it’s actually for and whether it deserves a place in your routine.

So consider this your front-row seat. 👀

I’ll be soaking up everything I can today and bringing the good stuff back to you. 🤍
