A massive shoutout to runners who got out there and got it DONE this weekend! 🏅
21.1KM x 2. 5KM x 1. Three different journeys, countless training sessions and one hell of an achievement.
Running performance isn’t just about running. It’s about building strength, improving endurance, managing fatigue, finding your pace and staying consistent when it gets tough.
Proud of the work these three have put in and even prouder to see it pay off. 👏

⚡️ TANIKA ⚡️

@tanikaraynee is one of our awesome members here at Tuggs! She is locked in with her training and we love watching her smash her goals 💪🏻

“ I first joined the gym (several years ago 😅) because I wanted to get in shape before I turned 30. As I got into my late 20s, I realised that improving my fitness and losing weight wasn’t going to get any easier, so I decided it was time to start

Seeing small changes regularly, knowing that I’m doing this for myself and if I don’t keep it up the only person I’m really letting down is myself all helps keep me on track

A game changer for me was the shift from being solely focused on appearance related changes to being focused on performance and all round fitness and ability to perform in day to day life. I have more energy and my mental health is so much better on the days that I move my body

If you’re wanting to start, I’d say that most of us were in the same position and so nobody is judging you. Find something that you enjoy doing, don’t overreach and try to do things just because you feel like you should, find a way of working out that you like and can continue to do over and over again. Also don’t be afraid to ask for help or get a coach if you’re not sure where to start

I love training @anytimefitnesstuggerah because the community is so welcoming and friendly, we all support one another. The space is beautiful and well maintained and there are so many different options with the equipment to change up your workouts. I love everything about it honestly, it’s somewhere I feel at home 💜 “

SCHOOL HOLIDAY KID CLASSES ✅

Adamstown and Morisset ran some fun interactive kid classes over the school break for our local kiddies. I can officially say my fitness level is not up to the level of bull rush material ok! 🤣 These classes were so much fun to run and we love seeing the bigger kids come in and learn the importance of exercise.
