POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Watching my son work out yesterday taught me something.

I saw focus, but more than that, I saw intensity. There was a level of pain, resistance, and discomfort in every set, but he did not just go through the motions. He pushed through it with intention. He attacked the set. He had a look in his eyes that I do not see in the majority of people around me.

And it made me think about how many people KNOW what to do, but still do not get extraordinary results.

You can know all the moves in the workout. You can know all the steps to build the business. You can know what to post, who to message, how to invite, how to follow up, and how to serve people.

But if you do it casually, you are going to get casual results.

At sea level, water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit, or 100 degrees Celsius. At 211 degrees, it is still hot. It is close. It looks like it is almost there. But it is not boiling.

One more degree changes everything.

That is what turning up the intensity does.

A lot of you are living at 211 degrees. You are close. You are showing up sometimes. You are doing some of the right things. You are interested. You are learning. You are busy. You are hoping something changes.

But you have not made the decision to turn up the heat.

My friend, if you want an extraordinary life, you cannot keep going through the motions and expect extraordinary results.

You have to bring a different level of intensity to your actions. Not chaos. Not burnout. Not neglecting your family or your health. But focused intensity.

The kind where you do the rep when it gets hard. You send the message when it feels uncomfortable. You follow up when your pride tells you not to. You show up when the excitement is gone. You keep your promises to yourself when nobody is watching.

The difference between average and extraordinary is often not that one person knows more.

It is that one person brings more intention, more belief, more consistency, and more intensity to the simple things.

So maybe the question today is not, “Do you know what to do?”

Maybe the question is, are you willing to turn it up that be extra degree.

This is for you if you know deep down you are one of the hardest working people in the room.

You know how to solve problems. You are fun to be around. You love figuring things out. You care about people. You show up. You work hard. You bring value everywhere you go.

But maybe you are stuck in a job or career where people do not fully see your value. Your income does not match your effort. Your paycheck does not match your skill set. And even though you are grateful, there is something inside of you that knows you were created for more.

You also know your body matters.

You do not just want to earn more income. You want to feel good while you do it. You want more energy for your spouse. More patience for your kids. More strength in your body. Better sleep at night. More confidence when you look in the mirror. More ability to enjoy this beautiful world God gave us.

That is why I am so excited about what we are building.

We have non injectable natural peptides that work with the body to support more energy, muscle, fat loss goals, recovery, focus, and deep restorative sleep.

And we also have an affiliate program where you can share your story, help other people feel better, and earn up to 40% commissions on the lifetime of your customers.

So if you are already the kind of person who loves helping people, solving problems, learning new things, and working hard, maybe you do not need to become someone different.

Maybe you just need the right vehicle.

A product you believe in. A mission you can stand behind. A compensation plan that rewards your effort. A community of people who see your value. And a way to build something that can impact your family and the people you are called to serve.

My friend, there is a better life available for you.

Not because it will be easy.

But because you already have the work ethic.

You already have the heart.

You already have the desire.

Now you may just need a path that matches who God is calling you to become.

Comment “MAKE” and I will send you the video.

Want to Live Longer, Feel Younger, and Stay Strong?

Build Muscle.

Muscle isn’t just about looking good in a T-shirt or without 😉

It’s one of the most powerful predictors of your health, energy, and longevity as you age.

The research is clear:

More lean muscle = longer, stronger life.

Here’s why keeping and building muscle should be one of your top health priorities (especially after age 30 👇🏼):

1. Muscle Mass Predicts Longevity

A study published in the American Journal of Medicine found that people with higher muscle mass had significantly lower risk of all-cause mortality.

Translation: More muscle = higher chance of living longer and feeling better.

Muscle helps regulate blood sugar, inflammation, and even immune function… it’s not just for athletes.

2. Muscle Loss Begins at 30… Unless You Do Something About It

After 30, most people lose 3%-8% of their muscle mass per decade (called sarcopenia).

Without resistance training, that decline accelerates and so does risk of falls, injury, and fatigue.

Lifting weights, prioritizing protein, and using FIT Peptide all help your body preserve and build lean tissue as you age.

3. FIT Peptide: Clinically Proven to Build Lean Muscle

In a double-blind human clinical trial, participants using FIT Peptide (combined with light resistance training):

✅ Gained lean muscle mass

✅ Increased strength

✅ Improved endurance

…all without harmful stimulants or steroids.
This is about giving your body the natural tools it needs to thrive.

4. Chronic Stress, Cardio-Only Workouts, and Undereating Destroy Muscle

Endless cardio, crash diets, and high stress can increase cortisol, break down muscle tissue, and sabotage progress.

If your goal is longevity and energy.. not just weight loss then building and protecting lean muscle is the move.

Takeaway: Muscle is your insurance policy for a long, powerful life.

It’s time to treat it like the priority it is.

→ Lift heavy. Eat enough protein. Support your body with tools like FIT Peptide.

Comment FIT and I’ll send you a code for $10 off this peptide.

If you’re serious about going to the next level… you’re going to have critics.

Not “might.”
Not “maybe.”

You will.

So before you chase the dream, pray for God’s protection over your life.

In ancient times, the more land someone owned, the greater their influence… and the bigger the target on their back. That hasn’t changed.

The more you grow…
The more you build…
The closer you get to the Lord…
The more resistance you’ll feel.

And here’s what I want you to hear:

Don’t stop because someone has an opinion.

You’ve seen it non stop on social media.

Success always attracts criticism.

Even my daughter has had to deal with negative comments on her dance videos. And I’ve had strangers online attack me for building my business.

Criticism isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong.

Sometimes it’s confirmation you’re doing something right.

Some of you reading this have slowed down or completely stopped because someone criticized you.

But what if the opposition you’re feeling right now means your breakthrough is close?

If you want to live above average…
If you want to experience God’s best…
If you want to build the dream that’s been in your heart…

Focus on these three things:

1. Get a great ambition.
Ask God to show you what He wants to do through your life. Think bigger than comfort. Think legacy.

2. Grow your faith.
Stop measuring your future by your current circumstances. Believe for what seems impossible.

3. Build a real prayer life.
Don’t just grind. Don’t just hustle. Depend on God while you work.

Now I want you to pause and really think about this:

What is your biggest dream?

And more importantly… why?

If your motive is pure and your heart is aligned with God, don’t let criticism steal what He planted in you.

You weren’t called to blend in.
You were called to build.

Now go after it.

As you go after your dreams and goals you will feel MOST days some sort of trouble or trial.

READ THAT AGAIN.

Throughout most of your life you are either just coming out of a struggle, in the midst of one, or headed right into the next one.

When you can ACCEPT that, you can use them as a way to build your character rather than as an excuse as to where you are at in life.

The average pay raise is around 3% in America.

For low performers it’s 0.7% - 1%.

I left the Dental Lab field in 2006 due to the unfairness of this idea and I knew my worth, I worked hard and grew my skills only to receive NO RAISE in the two years that I worked there.

I asked for one at my 2 year mark after my first daughter was born with the financial help of medicare and WIC. My boss told me “You aren’t worth it yet.”

I walked away from that job to start over in my hometown.

I knew there was something better.

I’ll teach you how to build your value in the marketplace that way you can give yourself a raise.

These raises you see in your job for the most part are just there to keep up with inflation... and right now, they aren’t keeping up.

My friend, if you are like myself and many on our team, you’ve been doing the math on how to pay off your home earlier, save for retirement, send your kids to college and missions, pay off school debts, and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to do the things you ACTUALLY LOVE to do.

I’ve helped mentor 60+ six-figure earners and 5 seven-figure earners. I’ve built an incredible marriage of 20 years with my wife where family comes first. I’ve invested wisely and built real wealth. I’ve made health and wellness a priority for 16 years. We don’t position ourselves as an online mentor, we’ve lived it and created it and now here to pay it forward to you.

There’s an answer and I’m here to put my 15 years experience into mentoring and guiding YOU on how to win in all areas of your life.

What are you working so hard for?

I’ve been a hard worker my whole life.

In high school and college, I worked part-time jobs nonstop. There was a season I was moving pipe at 3:30 AM before school… then vacuuming an elementary school and taking out the trash at night.

When I served my mission, it was two straight years of 6 AM to 9 PM days.

After Gabby and I got married, I worked 5 AM to 5 PM, five days a week… and most Saturdays, for five straight years while our first three daughters were born.

I’d come home and take care of three little girls while
Gabby worked 3 PM to 11 PM.

We were grateful… but we were exhausted.

And maybe you know that feeling.

Doing everything right.
Working hard.
Still feeling like if you slow down, everything falls behind.

I remember sitting in my cubicle with a fever, trying to work because I felt like I couldn’t afford to miss a day.

The reason I started my first business wasn’t for a fancy car.

It was because I didn’t want my wife to have to work.

I didn’t want daycare to feel mandatory. I didn’t want somebody else raising my kids.

I didn’t want sickness to create panic.

So I built an affiliate business online to six figures in 14 months, while still working 12-hour days, because my “why” was stronger than my exhaustion.

On my last day at work, someone asked,
“What are you going to do now?”

I said,
“I’m going to sleep when I need rest.”

That was the dream.

Not a supercar.
Not a mansion.

Just freedom.

Don’t let influencers convince you success is grinding 18 hours a day.

Real success is having control of your time.

Like yesterday when I had a fever and threw up during the night. I was able to just sleep most of the day and recover.

So let me ask you —

What are YOU working so hard for?

We will win and our success is inevitable.

In the first 11 months we did $100 million in revenue.

Yesterday somebody messaged me saying… “I’m just not going to pursue this. I’m focused on my book and if I get just one ask, I’m going to talk about my book over Make Wellness.”

That’s cool. We’re building this billion dollar natural peptide either way.

Here’s the thing though… My friends…. many of you are thinking TOO small.

I’m currently writing my first book, hosting a podcast, raising 5 kids, full-time sports, cheer, and dance dad, and we will have a team and business with Make Wellness doing over $5 million in sales monthly by 2030.

Ps. That pays a $100k monthly bonus btw 😉

I told this friend that my book won’t be to make money.

We’re gonna have so much abundance that I can freely give it out.

My goal is to triple our highest years earnings with my former company and do it in 5 years.

Our dream home. I’ll pay it off in 3 years and in 5 years plan to earn in a year what the entire home cost to build.

I’ve never seen friends getting results and feeling better so fast as they are with our Bioactive precision peptides.

My own transformation is MIND-BLOWING to me 🤯

We have new friends come on board and earn at least $500 in commissions a month + $500 gift card in their first month. The training, tool, leadership, and products are the best you’ll find.

We have Doctors, weight-loss clinics, professional bodybuilders, online health coaches, and every day good humans like you and me winning.

We’re doing it different this time. I’ve seen God’s fingerprints all over the work we’ve done in just 15 months.

One of my best friends asked me how things were going yesterday. My answer was, “Better than I could’ve ever imagined” I told him what I had earned since starting and he said…

“I guess you’re not a one hit wonder after all” 🤣

My friends, we’ve come too far just to come this far.

Say this with me.

I will persist until.

Not until it gets hard.

Until we win.
