The last few days have been crazy. Mens mental health month. A lot of focus isnt/wasnt really put on mens mental health growing up. We were told men werent supposed to be emotional, we wasnt supposed to cry, or be in touch with our feelings. And because of that we have lost many men in our world today due to suicide. Therapy is therapeutic. Talking to someone, venting to someone is therapeutic, I went to get my masters degree in human behavior to help with my own childhood traumas, low and behold 9 years later im still growing and learning how to cope with childhood losses, childhood traumas, and issues that I still deal with on a daily basis. Im better than where I was years ago but still learning and growing daily. #mentalhealth #mensmentalhealth #suicidalprevention
