A GIANT AMONG MEN…

Happy HAPPY 70th birthday to my EXTRAORDINARY Daddy!!!

Daddy, truly is a giant among men. He is the MOST remarkable, intelligent, resourceful, loyal, loving, joyous, funny man I know!!!

I say it all the time but whoever my Mysterious He is, the bar has been set extremely high.

In my youth, I never really understood or appreciated you, your hard work, your ambition for your children, your drive or the vision you had for us all.

The older I get, the more I understand, the more I feel closer to you, the more I love you.

You have embraced so may of your children’s friends to the point where they have become like your children and you extend to them the same sage wisdom, empathy, vision, faith and love that you do to your core four.

The older I get, the more phenomenal you become to me and the more I want to be like you when I grow up!!!

I hope that today and everyday hereafter you know just how admired, respected and loved you are Daddy… you are a GIANT among men… you are MY GIANT among all!!!

I love you always and forever xxx

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

In 17yrs of friendship @tanmcclure & I have not once managed a New Year’s Eve together until tonight and it was perfection!!!

GREAT food, GREAT champagne, what we thought were GREAT 9.30pm fireworks followed by a slight odd FaceTime with some of my family.

By this time @raffy_riffraff needed a rest from all of the excitement and then it happened the midnight fireworks which kinda left the 9.30pm ones for dead.

Fireworks feel very different when you are directly under them and quite literally beside them and it was spectacular!!!

So grateful to have time with my bestie and to bring in 2023 in stunning fashion…

Happy new year peeps… May it knock the socks off 2022 xxx

A BIRTHDAY AT SEA…

I’m willing to bet she thinks I’ve forgotten but alas I have not.

Happy birthday @brionykrista!!! You are hands down one of the most unique humans in my world and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

I couldn’t decide on this year’s photo story so instead, I clicked on random pics on the Briony photo album and this is where we landed hehehe

Whilst there is no story what these photos tell me is that we have seen each other through the highest highs and some pretty low lows but through it all nothing changes, we are always there for each other and always will be.

Happy birthday again, hope you’re having the best holiday!!!

Love you always xxx

FAMILY MY FAMILY…

The last two years of @shortsweetfest have been truly wild but through all of the ups and downs, the pandemic and the multiple reschedulings I have had the most phenomenal support network in my beautiful family (pictured and not pictured) and my best friends.

My faith life combined with the love, support and encouragement of those I hold closest are the things that I know will never let me down.

Thank you one and all, see you all when I resurface hehehe… love you all xxx
