“Somewhere I Go”
acrylic on canvas

i introduce to you all… my very first painting.
a piece that will forever hold such a special place in my heart and one that i am so, so proud of.

i challenged myself to create something completely new for @artists_next_door art exhibition, and after weeks of eat, sleep, paint, repeat (heavy on the paint, questionable on the eating 😭), a few emotional rollercoasters and a whole lotta love poured into this piece, i can finally say that it was all SO worth it.

the amount of love and kindness shown towards my artwork has genuinely left me lost for words. to see something that once existed only in my imagination become something real, and then have others appreciate it too? i don’t think i’ll ever forget that feeling. 🥹

being part of something so meaningful, surrounded by such incredibly talented artists, has been nothing short of magical. this whole experience has reminded me that i’m exactly where i’m meant to be, doing what i love.

my heart is so full. here’s to many more firsts. 💗

Intervals done 🏃‍♀️🔥

Everyone absolutely showed up last night — effort across the board was unreal 🤝

So good seeing everyone push themselves week by week

(also yes… that is a very dodgy cut-out of coach @byabes thrown in there… we don’t have budget for Photoshop ok 😭😂)

Proud of this crew always 🖤

Intervals done and dusted with the BRC crew 🏃‍♀️

Session led by coach @sidd_187

There’s something about pushing through the hard reps together that makes the wins feel even better. Fast legs, big effort, and a whole lot of encouragement on the track tonight. Proud of this community for showing up and putting in the work.

See you at the next one.

Running it back to last Wednesday — our first intervals session of the year.

The squad absolutely set the track on fire with some massive efforts. Big kudos to everyone who showed up and pushed themselves. 🔥

Drill:
• 1km warm-up lap
• 3 × 1km threshold laps
• 1km cooldown lap

Simple. Spicy. Effective. 🌶️

We’re back again tomorrow (11 March) for another intervals session.
Who’s keen to test the legs again? 👀🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Clocked in and locked in💪

Hot and windy conditions weren’t enough to stop this squad.
With high morale and determination, the team took the challenge head on and accomplished the mission.
