Cannot believe my body accomplished this! Ahhh!! Don’t let social media influence you, Angels Landing is HARD. If you ever attempt it please pack WAY more water than you need. Honestly just getting up to Scouts Lookout was a feat of its own! But we did it! 💪🏼

Normally we would do a speed walk on the tread before weights on a cross training day, but this was a fun switch up 😉

On my actual bday my family made the 3 hour drive for me to go to my beloved sweet tomatoes, and it sounds silly but it was the best day. I’m so lucky to share my life and my birthdays with them 💜 I felt so loved

NYC B-Day Trip for the first half of August was amazing. I love getting so see shows and having a husband that enjoys seeing them with me. Honestly I could spend a week just watching an entire broadway season in one run 😅 it was a VERY eventful trip flight wise; so it ended with an unexpected trip to Philly as well! Shoutout to Mike @blakybla3 and Laura @lauratrzaska8 for being the best and driving into the city and then rescuing us and helping us fly out of their own 💜
