Had a fantastic day volunteering with @atlantatrackclub for the #NHPRR and can’t wait to see everyone cross the finish line tomorrow! Hydrate, carb up, and get some good rest pals. Let’s crush the #peachtreeroadrace tomorrow! #atlanta #thingstodoinatlanta #runnersofinstagram

Saturday casual half Marathon Thoughout the day

✔️ Easy miles supporting a Boston-bound queen @tarahstio (we love a strong send-off 🦄)
✔️ Hot girl walk with my baby Roo🐾
✔️ “Run Like Hell” at Oakland Cemetery — aka hills, heat, and fun Fits 🐆👻🪦💀 😅🔥

🥇 1st AG | 9th female overall
Not full send… just enough to remind myself I can on tired legs 😏

Finished the day exactly how all elite athletes should… 🌮🍹with friends @officialmilesrubin @emilylaynerubin @kference and cheering @busylawmom

I held my second 5k for Rebekah’s Angels last week and I was BLOWN AWAY but how many people showed up and showed out. Not only just in person, but also through the the virtual 5k too!! I’m so grateful for everyone who participated including runners from @lacorsaclubatl, @southfultonrunclub, Chamblee Runners, and @mindfulmilesclub and thank you for helping me to provide trauma therapy and community services to kids and families in need with @rebekahsangels! Less than 60 days to go and I am still $5600 away from my $12,000 goal! #runningcommunity #runner #runningmotivation #bostonmarathon #charityrunner @bostonmarathon @runteambaa

I remember my first races…showing up alone, not knowing a single person. Just me and this new hobby I had discovered. solita 😅.

Some people laughed, but I learned to shut out the noise and keep showing up. Joining In-Training with @atlantatrackclub gave me structure… and unexpectedly, community. Suddenly I wasn’t running alone anymore.

Friends joined, healing happened, and this turned into so much more than running. Now we grow, push each other, and get better together 🤜🤛❤️

If you don’t know how to start, reach out or just show up ✨
