BATTLE OF THE BONES......The 2025 “Battle of the Bones” rib cookoff was at Protective Stadium this past Saturday and hosted by @uab_fb and we had perfect weather for this competition. When the dust settled, Big Dawg Smokers came in 5th in ribs, but this was my first KCBS contest cooking spare ribs. Special thanks to my buddy Chris Price who helped me tremendously this weekend. Had fun cooking next to Jimmy from @mbbqsupply and talking to the fellas with 98.9 Pre game show @newstalk98.9

Special thanks to Chris with
@louiesdeliarlington for the awesome @prairiefresh ribs. Shout out to my boys in @mwsmokers901 for the best rubs on the market- Stackhouse & Hog Toss and all the advice and help too! @bbcharcoal for keeping the drums fired up and providing the cleanest burn with the char-logs and lump. Cheers and Happy Monday Y’all!

As my portland trip comes to a close, I’m feeling extra grateful to have met so many amazing people on Twitch. These are some of the kindest, sweetest, and fun nerds I have ever met! I’m super lucky to be able to not only DJ with them but learn from them too! It was amazing seeing everyone on the decks jamming out all weekend. Please give them all a follow they are amazing. Until next time, high vibes fam. 🫶💜

Beautiful review and tasting notes from @gregmelts on our #GuavaGift 🔥 #BlackBox 🖤 @nashaextracts 👌. @alpenglowfarms707 Repost from @gregmelts

Guava gift rosin - grown by @alpenglowfarms707 and processed by @nashahumboldt was a surprise creamy sour funk with a whiff of tropical fruit. This is my first time finding any nasha rosin, usually their temple balls are my go-to hash selection in the Northern California area, so I’m not surprised this (I’m assuming cured) rosin came through. The flavor is excellent, and the effect is pleasantly dreamy and heavy. I don’t usually buy rosin/dabs because of how pricy they can be in my area, mostly an occasional deal, though I do love them lol. But I’m glad nasha can bring a quality product at a great price point. I’ve grown to trust them as a good source for honest quality resin 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 #HumboldtCounty #SunGrown #Resin #AlpenglowFarms #MeltWithUs #LivingSoils

I been living that hermit life. I have been looking at my chief aim. What is my purpose now. What’s my next destination. I know I AM a successful farmer. I AM a successful business Man. I speak these vibration into existence and maintain a STRONG meditation.
.
But now what? How will I continue to heal the land, how will I continue to develop as a human. I say head down, study, and apply. You can collect all the knowledge in the world but if it isn’t organized then applied it goes to waste. Now I take my time and organize it all. And then I apply it.
.
This is the year I sharpen my craft harder than ever. This is the year that I plant a vegetable garden and create a canvas outside of cannabis. Shout out to @grannygruntsgarden for being a solid homie and building partner. We are learning. Day to day we do our best to keep a Positive Mental Attitude. As I continue to grow I realize it isn’t about me. @soilsteward and @airoe_apothecary said it best. This work is for the children the ones that are younger than me. They are the ones that need this healing the most because they are our future.
.
In this post you’ll see us working the production garden and I am putting together our personal/experimental food garden. The past week the broad fork became my best friend and put me in a meditative state. You best bet Napoleon Hill “The Law Of Success” was bumping through my head phones. Time to tune into that Auto Suggestion and tune my subconscious mind for greater present moments.
.
May your day be blessed ❤️🌱🤙🏿🍄

Thanks Regenerative Cannabis Conference! Great to see old friends and make new ones! Always a great trip! This one was epic😀🥳❤️ I got to: hang with @bornseasoned my sister from another mother, tour and learn @springcreek_farm & @alpenglowfarms707 as well as hang with @potentponics AND his effigy at our air bnb😂🤣😂. I got to chat with @dr.elainer.ingham and @taraleelive discuss many things and make plans for the future! Some sweet guys were giving away spent mushroom blocks…if I drove I would have helped them out! It’s always great to see @cultivating_classics , @cellardoorcollective, @soilsteward I look forward to next year if not sooner! 💗🙏🏼❤️🥳
