🖤 PARIS — DAY 1 & 2 / HAUTE COUTURE WEEK

Paris in winter has its own rhythm.
Cold mornings, grey skies, sharp light — the perfect conditions to test what really matters.

We’re here for Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week.
Meeting advisors, creatives, and potential buyers from around the world.
Listening. Exchanging. Building what comes next for Granite Island.

Cashmere worn the way it should be — in real conditions, real movement, real conversations.
Walking between meetings, cafés, and quiet streets, the pieces start to make sense.
Not as concepts — but as garments meant to live.

Paris isn’t just a destination.
It’s a filter.
A place where ideas are challenged, refined, and either survive… or disappear.

These first two days remind us why we create:
to design with intention,
to move slowly but precisely,
and to let the product speak for itself.

Granite Island — designed in Corsica, built for the world.

🎞 OUR FIRST SHOW — ROSEWOOD BERMUDA 🇧🇲

A moment we’ll never forget.

Our first fashion show — @bytaramatthews x Granite Island — live from the @rosewoodbermuda .

Under the island light, surrounded by timeless architecture and the sound of the ocean, two worlds met:
the sensual, travel-inspired universe of Tara Matthews,
and the artful, quiet-luxury refinement of Granite Island — where fashion meets design, and craftsmanship becomes emotion.

Thank you to everyone who made this moment real — the Rosewood team, our models, our collaborators, and the people who’ve followed our journey from Corsica to California, and now Bermuda.

This is just the beginning.
Granite Island and Tara Matthews — connected by love, defined by the sea.
