RESONANCE MATTERS Photography Exhibition | 4–11 November 2026

One visual powerhouse. Many voices. One central idea.

What moves us? What makes us smile, pause, rethink, or feel at home? And what happens when the same artwork resonates differently with each of us?

You are invited to experience something different.

For the first time, Resonance Matters brings a rotating photography exhibition to Sam & Ross Art Café in Hamburg, an evolving artistic experience where the exhibition itself keeps changing.

Over eight days, three artists will present their work in a rotating format, with selected walls changing every two days, revealing new perspectives and fresh visual dialogues around one shared theme. Meanwhile, one dedicated wall will remain constant throughout the exhibition, featuring the work of Benjamin Friendly.

From playful and nostalgic to thought-provoking and urgent, the exhibition explores the full spectrum of life through visual symbols, unexpected interventions, and evocative imagery.

Four artists. One theme. Multiple perspectives. An exhibition that invites you to look again, feel differently, and discover your own meaning.

ACCIDENT BY DESTINY RECAP | PART I

An unforgettable evening, an incredible turnout, and countless stories unfolding through art, chance, and destiny.

What made this exhibition truly special was seeing every artist remain faithful to the concept, sharing the personal stories behind their works. I was equally touched by our wonderful audience, who opened their hearts and shared their own stories with us. For all these beautiful moments, I am deeply grateful.

Perhaps life is nothing but a delicate dance between accident and destiny, and perhaps nothing happens without a reason.

This first part of our recap is dedicated to everyone who seeks more than art on a canvas: those who seek stories, emotions, connections, and meaning.

The exhibition continues until 28 October, daily from 08:00 to 18:00 at Sam & Ross Art Café, Hamburg.

پشت هر تصویری که می‌بینی، کلی لحظه‌ی دیده‌نشده وجود داره.
خنده، تمرکز، اشتباه، دوباره تلاش کردن و البته کلی عشق به کاری که انجام می‌دیم.
و وقتی کنار آدم‌هایی کار می‌کنی که اون‌ها هم عاشق ساختن و خلق کردنن، حتی سخت‌ترین روزهای کاری هم می‌تونن شیرین باشن. 🎬
این هم یک تکه‌ی کوچیک از پشت صحنه‌ی ما.

Behind every image you see, there are so many moments you don’t see —
laughter, focus, mistakes, trying again, and a lot of love for what we do.

For me, filmmaking is not just about capturing images.
It’s about creating a feeling, finding a moment, and preserving something that might last only a few seconds.

And when you work with people who love creating as much as you do, even the hardest days can become beautiful.

Just a little moment from behind the scenes.
Where work feels a lot more like living. 🎬🤍

خوشحالم که بخشی از دنیای من و نگاه من به عکاسی، در یک نمایشگاه گروهی دیده شد. 📷🍂
عکس ها یه تیکه از حس و چیزی‌ان ک اون لحظه درون من گذشته.
این سه عکس رو با نگاه حسی و شهودی به طبیعت ساختم.
لحظه‌های ساده‌ای که واسه من معنا داشتن.
من در عکاسی سعی دارم زیبایی لحظات ساده رو ثبت کنم.
In these three photographs, I focus on nature, silence, and the passing of time. For me, autumn leaves are not just leaves. They can represent life, change, and letting go.

In Reading Autumn, an open book lies among the fallen leaves, as if autumn has written itself between the lines of a story.

In Gaze , nature takes the shape of a face — a silent gaze that expresses something without words.

And in Autumn, I wanted to capture a moment between staying and passing — just like autumn itself.

همه‌چیز از بیرون خیلی ساده به نظر می‌رسه:
«فقط داره از یه نوشیدنی فیلم می‌گیره!» 😄🥤🎥
اما پشت همون چند ثانیه ویدیویی که آخرش می‌بینید، کلی فکر کردن، امتحان کردن زاویه‌های مختلف، حرکت دوربین و تلاش برای پیدا کردن بهترین شات وجود داره.
برای ساختن یک تصویر ساده، باید چندین بار بهش نگاه کنی تا بالاخره اون چیزی بشه که توی ذهنت می‌بینی. 📸🎬 تازه یه وقتایی هم نمیشه، مثلن این روز ک تصویرشو میبینید یهو باد و طوفان و بارون شد. گوشیم هم بخاطر همین افتاد روی میز و فیلم نصفه ضبط شد.

اینم یه تیکه از پشت‌صحنه‌ی کار من برای یک آیتم نوشیدنی در کافه.
و نتیجه؟
اون رو توی پست بعدی می‌بینید… 👀✨
From the outside, it looks pretty simple:

“She’s just filming a drink!” 😄🥤🎥

But behind those few seconds of video, there’s a lot of thinking, trying different angles, camera movements, and searching for the perfect shot.

Sometimes, creating something that looks simple takes looking at it again and again until it finally becomes what you had in mind. 📸🎬

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes moment from my shoot for a café drink.

گاهی مسئله ای وارد زندگی میشود
که اگر فقط با عقل تنها نگاهش کنی
آدم را میشکند.
من انکارش نکردم
کوچکش هم نکردم
دیدمش همان قدر که هست، سنگین
و بعد تصمیم گرفتم
به اعتماد حضور خدا...
ایمان برای من فرار از مسئله نیست.
بلکه ينى وسط سختی
قامتت را صاف نگه داری و هنوز مسئول قدم بعدی باشی.
میدانم خدا
از مشکلات امروز من بزرگتر است
اما این را هم میدانم
حرکت سهم من است.
با توکل، با اراده
و با پذیرش کامل واقعیت
جلو می روم
نه چون همه چیز آسان است
بلکه چون ایستادن
انتخاب من است... ✨️
