#armday I’m feeling great on my current regimen of 3 strength training days/week to go with a 2.5 mile walk every morning with @tarapfeiffer and at least 10,000 steps/day. Also made a few dietary changes to include more oatmeal, fruits, and vegetables 🍓🍎🍌🥗🥕🥒!
