If you know me, you know I hate running at night. This race pushed me past every comfort I cling to. Mentally harder than the marathon. Turns out there’s a whole lot of life and peace beyond comfort.

5 miles at 10:30am
3 miles at 8:30pm
7.4 miles at 3am

Ragnar — you were wild.

There’s just something about starting your Saturday morning surrounded by good energy, good people, and even better vibes!

We danced. We laughed. We breathed in strength and exhaled every doubt. THIS is community. THIS is joy. THIS is how you kick off your weekend right!

Shoutout to everyone who showed up and showed OUT this morning—you are the reminder that movement is medicine and connection is everything. Special thanks to @tarareal and @brandonbiscoe @bfit_cardiodance for bringing us together at the fabulous @lululemon.

Let’s keep moving, keep showing up, and keep spreading that positive energy everywhere we go. See you at the next one!
