Tour is done!!!…
To be in time, I had to be back running, here, in Maui to be a part of the cooking team for Shep Gordon’s 80th Birthday… What a honor, pleasure and fun to cook on the side of Master of ceremony Chef Mark Tarbell sharing stoves with Chef Adrian de Leon, and Chef Chris Kulis…ooofff that was a ride, what a night, what a party!!! Check the buffet, crazy!!!
Thank You again Chef Mark Tarbell and Thank You Thank You Shep for asking me to be a part of it.
Life is beautiful, I’m so lucky!!!

Day. 🙌 The Cardinals took down the Panthers and the energy in the stadium was electric! 🏈🔥 Club Level life never disappoints …cozy lounges, incredible bites, and Tarbell’s wine + tapas bar keeping the vibes high. The performer in the Tail Feather Lounge was next-level… had me dancing in my seat and singing along the whole time 🎶💃.

Capped it all off with dinner at Cholla Restaurant…talk about a hidden gem. That pesto sauce with the bread? Unreal. The steak, bacon mac n’ cheese, and butter cake… solid finish to a perfect night. 🍷🥩🍰

Also added this year to enhance convenience for fans is Express Mobile Ordering through the Cardinals app. Guests can place an order from their seats, receive a notification when it is ready and then pick it up quickly from dedicated lines at select locations.
