🕯️ A Solstice Blessing for Our Sacred Community 🌹

On the sacred turning of the Solstice, we came together in humility and devotion to offer back to Pachamama Mother Earth, memory keeper, and great weaver of all life 🌎✨

This moment was not only about honouring the light and the dark, but about remembering our place within the great web. The Solstice teaches us that when we pause, give thanks, and listen, the Earth responds. Nothing is separate. Nothing walks alone.

Our offering carried the prayers of our students, our co-creators, and our wider community each one of you who has stepped forward with courage, curiosity, discipline, and heart. Those who said yes to the work, yes to responsibility, yes to walking this path with integrity and grace. You are not participants you are weavers of this living lineage.

We bow in gratitude to the spirits of the land, the Apus who watch over us, the unseen helpers, the ancestors, and the medicines themselves the plants, the elements, the songs, the silence who have patiently shaped us, challenged us, softened us, and brought us back into right relationship 🌿🔥💧🌬️

It is these forces human and more-than-human that have woven us together into something far greater than any one offering, place, or moment. A remembering of community as prayer. Of devotion as action. Of love as responsibility.

From our hearts, thank you to every soul who has shown up fully, stayed the course, integrated the teachings, and allowed their lives to evolve with compassion, harmony, truth, and deep connection. You are living proof that this work ripples far beyond the ceremony.

As we close this cycle with reverence and rest, we look ahead with open hearts to 2026, when we will open our spaces once again — in Peru and across the world to continue this sacred remembering together.

Until then, may Pachamama hold you gently.
May the spirits walk beside you.
May the medicines continue to teach you in quiet, loving ways.

Merry Christmas and a truly beautiful New Year ✨🤍
With endless gratitude and love.

Immersed in a beautiful integration process of last weekend's intensive sacred meditation retreat. It is truly Life altering ✨ Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Luis and Elizabeth from @cosmicmunay ❤️ for the Love, Wisdom, Teachings, songs and music that touched my Soul deeply. Like the roots of a Tree grounding deep into Pachamama, and the leafs and branches reaching up high into the sky, I felt highs and lows, but always in your safe spaceholding and professional guidance. Thank you so much for your guidance @tarheel.nu And thanks to all the lovely participants that I got to meet! ❤️
I will take the teachings into my healing work with clients and... into Life!🥰🙏❤️

🌿✨ COSMIC MUNAY RISING: DAY ONE ✨🐍

We have arrived.
Not just in place but in spirit, in soul, in remembrance.

Day ONE of our sacred 14 day pilgrimage here in Peru. From Amazon to the Andes.

The Cosmic Amaru, the Great Serpent of ancient lineages, began her gentle stirring within us as we stepped beyond the veils of the known and into the womb of the unknown — a sacred pilgrimage guided not only by our feet, but by our hearts, our ancestors, and the silent whisper of something ancient calling us home.

As we left the dusty roads of Puerto Maldonado behind, our small tribe boarded the boat. With every turn of the current, we were carried deeper not only into the rainforest, but into our own inner jungles.

🛶✨ With each passing hour, modern time dissolved. Laughter mixed with awe, silence with reverence. We began to sense the sacred pulse of Pachamama, who held us in her green arms as guardians of the jungle watched from the canopy.
And then, we arrived.
Our sanctuary revealed itself like a secret remembered — nestled deep in the heart of the Amazon. This place wasn’t just built — it was dreamed into existence.
A portal. A temple. A living altar.

As the sun began its descent into golden silence, we gathered for our first night with the Mother Vine — the sacred medicine of Ayahuasca — under the open sky and the watchful eyes of the stars. Our hearts opened, tender and raw, as the songs of the jungle merged with icaros sung by the maestras and maestros who carry the codes of this earth and sky.

Tears came. Visions flowed.
Some journeyed through the womb. Others danced with their ancestors.
We saw ourselves reflected in firelight, in sacred sound, in silence.
And through it all the Earth held us. The Vine revealed. The Amaru whispered.#

To walk the path of Munay — the path of unconditional love, reverence, and soul truth.

Guided by the pure and powerful love simply of our hearts

Elizabeth & Luis 🌹❤️
