🌟 What if we viewed leadership as an act of worship for his Glory?

This was something that was placed on my heart, leading with the mindset of stewardship, caring for the people God has entrusted to us. When doing that and caring for the people around me I am actually giving God worship and glory 🙏💖 Honoring him throughout our journey, recognizing that every decision and interaction is an opportunity to reflect His love and guidance. Leadership is heavy but that’s why I can’t do it alone.

What if just 30 minutes could change the way you approach your finances and personal growth?

So many high-achievers hustle hard but still feel out of balance, stressed about money, drained by constant striving, and pressured to always learn more. The result? Exhaustion instead of fulfillment.

In our FREE Introduction to Life Balance Mini Class, we’ll show you how faith-centered balance can shift everything:

- Manage your money with clarity and peace (not stress)
- Invest in learning that fuels your purpose (not just your to-do list)
- Break free from financial pressure + overwhelm
- Create rhythms that support both growth and rest

It’s only 30 minutes, hosted by MyLifeFull Co-founders Tari Pearce and Kristi Valenzuela, but you’ll walk away with practical tools to approach life with confidence, peace, and balance.

📅 Thursday, October 2
🕓 4:00-4:30 PM EST

You’re doing everything “right”… so why does it still feel like something’s missing?

You’ve worked hard, shown up for everyone else, and your days are full—but your soul feels… empty.

Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10)

Not a life of nonstop striving, stress, and spiritual exhaustion.

One with Him at the center and room to actually breathe.

This is your gentle wake-up call: Busyness isn’t the badge of honor you’ve been told it is and burnout isn’t the life God designed for you.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or spiritually dry, don’t ignore it. Start by taking 5 minutes to check in, with yourself and with God.

✨ Try our free Interactive Life Balance Wheel: a quick, powerful tool to help you see where you’re thriving… and where you’re just surviving.

Because the first step to change is clarity.

💛 Comment “FULL” if you’re ready for more than burnout and busyness

A little behind-the-scenes moment of the vision God gave Kristi for MyLifeFull… and yep, it was intimidating. 😅

God said:
A global company.
300 trainers.
3 languages.

And Kristi and Tari? They only speak one.

It was one of those “Wait, what?” moments with God—the kind where you laugh, cry, and start Googling, “how to speak three languages” all at the same time.

Have you ever experienced this?

Having a word from God or a dream so big you have no idea how to make it happen?
Maybe He gave you a picture of a business, a book, a ministry, a move… and it just feels TOO big.

Here’s the truth we keep learning:
God-sized dreams are supposed to feel impossible.

If you could do it on your own, it wouldn’t require faith.
He wants us to need Him.
He wants us to depend on community.
And He loves showing off in places we feel completely unqualified.

So if God has put something in your heart that overwhelms you a little (or a lot), don’t ignore it. That’s often exactly where your next step begins and you were never meant to carry it alone.

At MyLifeFull, we help high-achieving, faith-filled people like you slow down, get grounded in what matters most, and take real steps toward the life God is calling you to live.

Not the life of doing it all.
The life of doing what matters most.

Our next free Introduction to Life Balance class is coming up, and it’s designed to help you:
• Clear out the mental clutter
• Reconnect with your God-given purpose
• And start building the life He dreamed up for you

Drop a comment if you’ve ever had a dream that scared you a little—we’d love to encourage you right where you are! #faithoverfear #christianbusiness #lifebalance #christianlifecoach #mylifefull

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and our team was so honored to be a part of the Step Into The Light: Mental Health Summit as a community partner. It was a beautiful day of connection, vulnerability, learning, and hope—surrounded by people who genuinely care about supporting one another’s healing and growth.

At MyLifeFull, we believe mental health is a vital part of life balance. It’s actually one of the eight categories in our Life Balance Wheel, and something we talk about often in our coaching and classes.

So if your mind has felt a little overwhelmed lately, here are 3 gentle ways to take care of your mental health this week:

👉 Move your body in a way that refreshes you, whether that’s high intensity or low stress.

👉 Talk to someone safe about how you are honestly doing, like a loved one, a coach, or a therapist.

👉 Have a plan to help you reset when you find yourself spiraling or feeling overwhelmed. Taking a walk, a few deep breaths, and praying or journaling can make a big difference.

We’re so thankful to @sunshinefromdarkness for creating such an impactful space for these conversations.

If you’re curious about what life balance might look like for you, we invite you to check out our next free Introduction to Life Balance Class at the link in our bio. Because your health — mental, emotional, physical, spiritual — matters. 💛
