Discipline and focus are key factors to success 🔑

Sometimes it isn’t easy doing things alone or keeping on track, which is why we foster a super supportive community who strive to build strong, positive relationships with one another! This in turn, enables everyone to keep each other accountable and to ensure we are ALL thriving and growing together 👊🏽

We’re more than just a gym, we are #TEAMTFC 🙏🏽 #OSS

GET TO KNOW THE TFC #TEAM 👊🏽 Meet Ben - aka “The Blade” and one of the founders of TFC! Want to know more on joining the TFC fight team? Or perhaps you’re just starting your fitness journey!? No matter where you’re at, Ben takes great pride in helping guide our valued members onto the right path and into success! 🙏🏽💯👊🏽 (you can’t miss his tall, voluptuous Afro head of curls around the gym!)

✔️ Name: Ben Johnston

✔️ Area of expertise: Muay Thai is my first love, but now I’m in a polygamous relationship with her, boxing, and BJJ.

✔️ 2021 goal: To continue building the fight team and develop our rising stars 🤘🏻

✔️ Who inspires you: people who genuinely enjoy themselves when doing their hobbies/passion

✔️ Cool fact others might not know: In high-school me and my best mates started a band that ended up winning 10K, playing at the ekka, got played on Nova, and played at Suncorp before the Broncos! I wanted to be a rockstar until I started training Muay Thai 🤣
