Another awesome day of trail work in the books! This one was spook-tacular…we had a bat 🦇, giraffe🦒, a couple cowgirls 🤠 playing in the dirt with us today, and a dog named Doug that likes to move rocks 😂. Huge thanks to the @evoseattle and @evergreencts crews for making amazing progress on the new Upper Last Call trail at Raging River! It is looking SO dang good! 🔥 And big thanks to @petersherrill2024 for cooking up post-dig sausages for everyone. 😋 Thank you @evo for the raffle and candy! Three people walked away with sweet swag bags full of bike gear. 🫶💚 #EvergreenMTB #RagingRiver #UpperLastCall #TrailBuilding #PNWMTB

KEY PEN IT FRESH RECAP! Yeehawww! We officially made it through our first Key Pen It Fresh at 360 Trails! A huge thank-you to everyone who came out to ride, connect, and celebrate our local mountain bike community. From group rides to pump track sprints, it was fun seeing riders of all ages and families showing up to enjoy the trails, even when the PNW weather decided to do its thing🌧️ The group rides were a highlight of the day, bringing riders together to explore the trails, meet new people, and get some miles in. We had 10 riders sprint around the pump track, proving there’s always room for a little friendly competition🏁 This event was our first collaboration with Key Pen Parks and special guests- Key Pen Pirates, and Trek Gig Harbor. We’re excited to keep building relationships and growing the mountain bike community here in the Wild West💚 Like any first-time event, we learned a few things and that’s how we grow, adapt, and make the next one even better. More community, more riding, and more opportunities to get people stoked on bikes! Until next time, keep the rubber side down and the good vibes rolling! @evergreenmtb @keypen_parks @keypenpirates @trekbikes @evergreenws @tart253

It was a huge weekend for @evergreenmtb and Raging River riders! After a decade in the works, Over And Out (formerly Trail E) and Wild Waves (AKA Trail C) are finally open to the public! Riders came out in scores to sample the fresh dirt with a soggy start on Friday for a private Team Epic event and the official grand opening on Saturday! So many moving parts behind the scenes to make it happen, great work and major thanks to everyone involved from Evergreen staff to the countless volunteers putting in hours to see the project through!

ROCK ON, PORT GAMBLE🪨 Tell the tech lovers to get excited because the northern tech zone is getting… rocked! We recently had a ton of rock delivered our professional trail crew have BIG plans. One black tech trail in particular is getting special treatment with rock drops, rock chutes, rock gardens, and the chunky goodness your tech-loving heart could desire. 🪨 Was it devastating to see the tech zone recently logged? Absolutely. It’s tough watching a familiar landscape change so dramatically. But sometimes, a blank canvas opens the door to a whole new vision and clearly, we like to dream big! What was once a difficult change is becoming an opportunity to build something new, challenge riders in different ways, and give this zone a new personality. Huge shoutout to our trail crew and all the volunteers joining in on the fun to push these new builds along. Your continued support gives us the motivation💚 Check the main evergreen calendar for the next work party. #EvergreenMTB #TrailBuilding #MTB #pnw

WHAT A YEAR. And we’re not even done yet! We’ve still got about 5 more weeks of programming but we had to pause for a second and celebrate what these instructors have already accomplished🥹 📈 1,286 students served in 2026. That’s a 20% increase from last year’s 1,066 riders! 🤝 2,000 volunteer hours provided into making these programs happen 🌲 100 volunteer instructors statewide sharing their knowledge and love of riding with their communities. The numbers are cool right? but the feedback from our students is what really gets us💚 💬 I have taken other classes before, but nothing compares to the quality instruction of this class. 💬 Thank you for creating such a welcoming first experience. 💬 The instructors were excellent at breaking down the skills… in a very positive, supportive environment 💬 Loved being able to see the progression in my skills 💬 Excellent instruction with such positive attitudes. It was fun and a great opportunity. We’re hearing over and over that our instructors are creating spaces where riders feel supported, encouraged, challenged, and excited to keep progressing. That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of the incredible volunteers who show up, teach, listen, adapt, cheer people on, and spend their free time helping others. To every instructor, volunteer, student, and person who has helped make this season what it is: We appreciate you! We’ve got 5 more weeks to go and our membership drive is in full swing! Did you know your membership comes with discounted MTB skills classes? Make sure to take advantage of these perks! 🎥 @tart253 #EvergreenMTB #MountainBikeEducation #MTBCoaching RideProgression @evergreenmtb @evergreencts @evergreenws @southsoundevergreen

It’s feeling a lot like Fall out here! Cooler mornings. Leaves changing… the green is coming back🌿 After all the recent thinning/ logging operations through the northern zone and Ranger Corridor, it’s amazing to watch the forest floor begin to reclaim its space. Ferns are popping up, greenery is returning, and little by little, the landscape is starting to breathe again. And with that fresh breath of air comes some VERY exciting news… 👀 We finally have permission to begin rebuilding what was lost and then some. Have we mentioned there may be large amounts of granite on the way. Yep. Things are about to get techy. Work parties are officially on the calendar through October! Our professional trail crew will be guiding the way, bringing the tools, knowledge, and vision. What we need now is a few extra sets of hands to help us make a MUCH bigger dent. Come dig with us. Come learn something. Come meet your trail community. Come help shape what Port Gamble becomes next. And if you don’t have the time to swing a shovel, there’s still a way to contribute. 💚 Evergreen membership is just $50/year. An investment directly into the trails and riding areas you love. Port Gamble is growing. And we’re just getting started! @evergreenmtb #community #nonprofit
