Love the camaraderie of our athletes. Doesn't matter which high school, private school, college, whether they compete against each other or not. When working with our coaches, everyone works to make each other better. There isn't much better than that. Great job, Nate, Jack and Ryan!

Challenging our athletes using a variety of starting positions. Know why your doing, what you are doing and how and when to do it. All the weightroom works necessarily requires training proper movement mechanics. We use multiple modalities to get our athletes into a dorsi-flexed foot position and ready for their respective sports speed.
